Jeff is an excellent employee for bayonne extermination! He explains important things to do and dont with all my tenants so they understand the root cause of the situation. He is friendly and comes on time. He answers all questions when asked and is very patient. All good qualities of good customers service!

Jeff has been wonderful as we deal with clothing moths. Over the two weeks after the initial visit we had seen less and could tell everything he did was taking effect. We were at a loss because none of our clothes were affected. We had him come back for a peace of mind visit and he said we should see even less. He has no problem coming back for a third time after the two weeks again if we need it.
Excellent experience, Anthony was professional and friendly. Thank you for help with our “moth issue” 😎

Anthony arrived during the scheduled appointment window and was thorough. He checked and treated 2 floors plus the basement. Also appreciated that we got an appointment quickly and that the service includes a 3-month warranty - that we hope won't be necessary.

Mr Ghaly, I've reviewed the work order and can see the technician used three different products during the service visit: a residual product, a gel bait and an insect growth regulator, a solid combination for a first visit. I'm not entirely sure the comment on the technician's weight is appropriate. Even if our tech may carry a few extra pounds they are still able to perform their duties. <br>Regardless, I will have one of our scheduling team reach out to you for a follow up visit at no charge. .

Very unprofessional and extremely rude. I believe it was the son(of the owner), who was so arrogant and just rude. I would never waste my time and money again with this company. Horrible customer service and the techs are poorly trained. Call anybody else.

J, I'm quite distressed to hear about this experience!! While I can assure you you did not speak with the owner's son ( I have two daughters) being rude to a client is CERTAINLY not the way I want my company represented. I would very much like to rectify this situation and discipline the employee responsible for your experience. As for our technician's training, fully half of our staff is fully licensed with over 10 years of experience. The remaining technicians undergo 3 times the industry requirements before ever taking their first stop and we also have twice-monthly technical training sessions to sharpen skills and introduce new methods. <br>That being said, your experience is totally unacceptable. PLEASE call my office and ask for me by name: Ralph. I need to make sure this kind of thing never happens again.

I'm sorry to see a poor review on our service but I'd like to explain the circumstances of the matter as I do not feel this review is appropriate or fair. <br>When you initially booked the service we set your appointment time to between 2 and 4 pm which you agreed to. On the day of the appointment you called our office to get an ETA on the technician and were told he would be arriving in the earlier section of the time window. You stated that the arrival time was too early and wanted to reschedule to after 4pm, which we were happy to comply with. We routed a different technician to arrive after 4pm as per your request. When the tech arrived and called to inform you of his arrival you stated that you only wanted the originally scheduled tech to perform the service. Had you mentioned that on the previous call to the office, we would have addressed the matter. When the new tech informed you that the time change required changing technicians you were exceedingly rude before hanging up on him. <br>Shortly thereafter, one of our customer service representatives called you to reschedule with the time and tech of your choosing. You then proceeded to yell at her before hanging up on her. <br>We work very hard to make sure our clients are happy with our service and I'm sorry the last minute changes you requested (and we accommodated) were not to your satisfaction. We would like to try and make this right but considering your last two interactions with my coworkers, I really just don't know what to do to make you happy.

I'm very sorry you had such a terrible experience with my company that you left this review. I'd very much like to resolve our issues so I've done some research.<br>I have no entry in my system for your current business name of "Single Source Transportation" so i do not think we have performed any services or even offered an estimate to your company.<br>I tracked back your business location to 700 1st Street in Harrison. I have a record of having performed one service there in 2009. We have no further record of interaction at that location since that date.<br>I understand that we may have had some missed communication, I would be very disappointed in my office staff that two phone calls from a prospective customer were not returned, but mistakes can be made.<br>Since we "would not even respond" I'm curious as to why you think my services are overpriced? It seems like we were never able to offer you an estimate.<br>I'm also unsure of why you state "a super bad family run operations". My daughter is 3 and my wife stays home. I'm not entirely sure what interaction we may have had to qualify that statement but I'm not sure if such a personal attack is appropriate considering the circumstances i set forth above.<br>All that being said, I would be happy to discuss these matters further. Your experience with my company is so wholly unlike our usual client interactions, I really need to know why.
