Extremely professional company! I have utilized Keene Pest Control numerous times, personally and professionally, and have always been pleased. John and his team are knowledgeable, thorough in their assessments, and communicate clearly regarding treatment protocols. They deliver quality service and stand behind their work. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Called to get rid of some hornets. He was here early the next morning, and the hornets were gone. Excellent service! And, I was not at risk of getting stung!

I was home inspected by another company who had confirmed bed bugs before this interaction. In the beginning had very kind and accommodating interactions. After viewing the property regarding bed bugs with my landlord i was told I had not had an issue. That the treatment plan was now in between me and the company. I was called by John who told me he does not do treatment if he personally doesn’t see signs and I need to “catch a bug” or call for a bed bug search dog. After I was still getting allergic reactions to the bed bug bites and was sent to dermatology regarding the rash as they came up after sleeping in lines or small clusters. I called the front desk woman to ask to send pictures of my chair that seemed to may have droppings and she was extremely rude. Example asking me rhetorical questions as I’m just trying to get my concerns addressed. I would just be cautious if you believe your property may have bed bugs to move forward. Called office Thursday after stepping on a black yellow jacket nest and being stung 15 times. They shuffled their schedule and came out Fri morning. Found and dug the nest. Thank goodness. Was a scary event but everyone was so reassuring and professional. Can't be more appreciative. Priced reasonably and no big sales pitch on a service contract like first place I called. Thank you, thank you!!

We have worked with Keene Pest Control 3 times over several years and they are excellent. Ants, powder post beetles, and most recently rats - all were dealt with swiftly, effectively, and at very reasonable cost. They are lifesavers!! :)

Each member of the KPC staff I have interacted with have been incredible. Very polite, accommodating, and helpful. They answer all my questions and it is clear that they are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. You can rely on Keene Pest Control. I highly recommend! Very impressed w the professional attitude and kindness of the man who picked up the phone and returned my call on a weekend. While he couldn’t service our area bc we are too far he took the time to give extremely valuable advice on how to diagnose our issue and some good tips. Really appreciate it! I called around 930am on Friday 8/16 (today) and explained I had a wasp nest or some sort of nest. I've seen and known about this problem for 3 weeks. I tried using 2 cans of wasp spray. Over time it was like I had never sprayed them.. Then yesterday I noticed just how big it was and called them this morning. They are able to come out today. I was excited and very happy with their service. The price was better than I thought it would be. Bit nonetheless it had to be taken care of. Thank you Carol for getting John here so quickly. I appreciate you folks for getting the job done fast.

Very quick to respond to my bee issue, Jerry was extremely nice and did an excellent job. He explained what to do after the bees were removed. And the price was good.
