Savatree sent two very professional arborist plus an estimator. They did excellent work taking down 4 cedars, grinding stumps and trimming two large maples. Very satisfied and great value!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I had attempted to get multiple small companies to come out to our property in NH for months to take care of my trees and no one would respond. I called SavATree and a lovely woman answered and set me up with an appointment right away even though it was about an hour to my property from where they are located. I met with Chris originally to determine what to do with some massive dead pine trees at our camp. He was so extremely knowledgable and kind, talked me through the entire process, gave some suggestions and was in no way pushy or salesy. He got me a quote right away which was extremely reasonable and detailed. I paid the deposit and Paul called me right away to get me on the schedule. The crew showed up early and were such hard workers in addition to being super kind and courteous of my property and my neighbors. The work was done perfectly, no damage to any property and everything was cleaned up and looked great. Could not recommend more!!

Savatree took down two very large trees in my yard for a great price. My backyard was very difficult to access so they reached out to my neighbor to access the trees from their yard. The communicated several time with my neighbor and me as the schedule changed due to weather.

I couldn't be happier with their service. They are very knowledgeable, proffessional and pleasant. They take great care in their work and clean up everything .

Chris came out to assess our fruit trees and provided valuable education. We received different options for payment to choose what suited our needs best. We were satisfied with the work they provided and they left the area clean and without debris.

I have used SavAtree in years past and like always they do a great job. They show up when they said they would and cleaned up everything before they left. I will use them again for sure.

The guys did a great job. They took their time to observe before trimming and pruning. Upon completion they picked up debris and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

I asked to be home and they rescheduled with out my consent. This did not trim the tree enough away from house or other dead branches. And this was started the end of June’24. And was done the end of Sept. will not use them again. This is a management problem. Happened last time never again/meb

Didn’t show up until June for our first application so we had problems with crabgrass I called in May they didn’t seam concerned this was our second year with them and not sure if we will renew

I'll divide the service SavATree/Urban Tree provided into 2. They did a great job dropping the trees. They were very careful about not damaging the lawn. Now the problem. They were hired to take trees down AND haul them away. The logs they dropped are still on my lawn. 9 weeks later. So much for the lawn. Repeated calls and trading emails. I've gotten nothing but excuses and false promises YMMV, but I'd give pause on using this outfit and consider going elsewhere.

I've used UTS in the past and the work was fine. But now that I've personally seen their staff repeatedly flout safety standards and refuse to be masked around others (not just co-workers, but strangers), I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a long term, and I think good customer of this firm, using them for regular lawn care, preventative care for trees and shrubs, as well as tree removal. It would appear that they have perhaps grown beyond their limits. This summer I called and E-mailed a total of five times to ask Ed Roy to come by to look at a situation with a tree. I got a number of excuses and apologies, each a little thinner than the previous one. I finally got an E-mail containing a general statement about "usual conditions", so I don't know if he ever did come by to assess the problem. Too big? Too busy? Does it make a difference?

Watch out for this company. Ask for their "quotes" in writing before you sign on with them or your bill will be at least 30% higher than what was promised. Also, be certain that you secure the day and time and get this in writing. Or they will show up at your home without notice and take down a tree you didn't want taken down and not finish the work that they promised.

They worked on a beautiful old oak down the street from my house and completely lion tailed it. Now not old does it look horrible but this once healthy atchent tree is going to die because of it. Not impressed at all!
