Skip Gilman of Dependable Pest Solutions has visited my house every three months for several years. He checks and maintains the bait boxes for mice control in the basement and garage. May through October, he sprays the exterior house for ant control. He is an expert contractor, explaining what activity has occured at each visit. Dependable Pest Solutions is absolutely dependable- and professional and effective. The technician, Bill, is great, and our mice situation is much improved.

We had an invasion of field mice five years ago. I called Dependable Pest Solutions and they responded quickly. I sat with the technician as she explained the process to me. I hired them then and there and she did the first treatment. She got rid of my unwanted guests and now does three month checks to make sure they don't sneak back in. I also decided to have them treat my home perimeter for ants, a choice I am very happy with. The entire staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are affordable and the treatments effective. You can't go wrong with Dependable Pest Solutions.

We really wanted to like Dependable Pest Solutions. Our technician Kathleen was very personable and professional. It's just frustrating that after almost two years the rodent problem was not corrected. Although several mice were killed, they decomposed in the hidden netherworld of the house. Possible entry points were pointed out, but the company did not fix them. That was my responsibility. A thorough examination of the property never took place. That in itself should have raised a red flag. Shame on me. Our new pest control service (JP Pest Control) inspected the outside of the foundation in bitterly cold weather and found several possible areas where mice could be entering. They filled the areas. Dependable Pest Solutions never inspected the home on the outside, only laid bait stations throughout the home. It's only been 45 days and we haven't heard anything, nor have we caught any mice in our have a heart traps. For the money we paid we didn't receive the expected results. As nice DPS is, I wouldn't recommend them.

I had mice in my seasonal vacation home last winter. they were able to come out pretty promptly to do an assessment and put down some traps. They were very responsive and flexible - and I like that they always follow up with a reminder when service is scheduled.

Dependable Pest Solutions has a great staff and will take care of the pest in a timely manner. The tech showed up on time when the staff told us. Thanks for the great job. No more pest. Jim

Friendly people but the treatment didn't work. We had to use someone else within a couple of months

Poor customer service

Ron was very nice and polite, but I can't say the same for the owner Debbie. She returned my call and we got in lets say a phone argument were she was cursing at me until she then hung up on me. That's not all folks she then texted me a very rude and long condescending text. VERY POOR costumer service and very unprofessional from the owner Debbie.

Had one of your trucks behind me and this guy was tailgating me so close if i hit my brakes he would have hit me. Then when he passed me he was swerving in and out of lanes trying to get ahead of everyone else. Then he shot over to a side street with someone in the turning lane when we came upon traffic. This guy is going to cause an accident.
