Deanna was the most outstanding technician. She was so thorough, taking her time to inspect both the interior and exterior. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We always receive excellent customer service at Insight, but Deanna went above and beyond to help eliminate the problem and explain the process.
Deanna was super helpful and educational on our mice issue. She first was focused on how the mice are getting in and not just putting a bandaid on the problem. She gave us some great guidance and she was very kind.

Deanna gave a thorough inspection and stated no sign of termites in wooden beam. She did an excellent job and was also going to inspect outside if possible to see any signs of termite activity or other bugs with all the snow. Thanks again Insight 👏🏻👏🏻
Have video of them walking around my house doinf nothing. Allegedly provided a “non oil based treatment” that is still effective in “light rain”. Nov 10, 2025 we had torrential downpours, not light rain. Stay away from insight, they are scammers

Dwayne came out to my home this morning to checkout a large hornet presence I was having. Very professional, well mannered. I showed him what I believed to be a hornets nest and he told me the nest was an old dead nest. Sprayed my house with some deterrent and the hornets left, for a few days. Now here I am a week later with 50 hornets at a minimum screaming around my house and the “dead” hornets nest twice the size it was last week. Customer service won’t return my call to get a tech out to my home after they told me they can’t come out for 10 days. No problem taking my money and showing up the day after I called the first time, but now it’s a call back cause they didn’t do the job right and they can’t make it out for almost 2 weeks. Garbage, stay away from this company.
Technician did a a very bad job, called customer service and they told me someone will call me back the same day, never got a call back either. This is not the first time this happens.
Sorry to say that the 2nd attempt to kill our wasp nest still failed. Hours after he left we went out and there was a much larger honeycomb still fully intact and swarming with bees under our deck. We finally knocked it down ourselves and used our own spray to kill it.
We weren't home. David was supposed to be rescheduled per a phone conversation Monday.
I have had a membership with Insight Pests for a few years now. At first they were great, but now are terrible. They have no showed twice for their quarterly service at my house, while continuing to charge me. I have tried to call them multiple times over the last few weeks to see what’s going on, and each time the call gets disconnected after I am on hold for 10 minutes. I got so fed up I filled out a contact form on their website a few days ago asking someone to call me, and so far no one has. At this point if I am ever able to actually get in touch with anyone, I just want to cancel my membership.

Absolutely terrible experience with Insight Pest. I found out they had been charging me for 6 months without actually servicing my home. When I brought it up, they admitted fault and supposedly came out right after—but pest issues only got worse. I continued to have spiders, wasps, bees, and everything in between. Despite multiple promises to fix things, they no-showed me three times for scheduled visits. Each time, I was asked to be home, meaning I lost work hours unnecessarily. I tried to reschedule repeatedly, and even though three separate representatives acknowledged this was a major problem, they kept asking me to stick with them. Today was the last straw—after being told a technician would come, I waited over 4 hours with no call or update. When I followed up, they claimed they had only missed this one appointment. Unreal. They refused to see how unacceptable this level of service is. I’m completely done. Do not trust this company with your home—they are disorganized, unreliable, and dismissive of your time and concerns.

I wish I could give this service a negative -10!!! I never received notification of the service or and detail about what services were performed or what was done. I don't believe for one second that anyone actually showed up...but they are trying to bill me for a service. HORRIBLE service and communication!
I don’t want to fault Richard for rendered services as I have been a customer for years. I have complained about mice and only a few indoor traps were put down months ago. I was told then that an internal and external inspection would occur later in the day by the pest person and exposures would be remediated. Several calls boxes laid but remediation didn’t occur. More phone calls and dead mice. Richard put traps in garage and said exterior looks good. Richard looked in attic and told me I have bats, call wildlife and it’s expensive to fix. I said I seen and heard mice, he said no you have bats. I had two companies out who told me I have bats and mice in the attic and I also have mice in cellar. They also took out a dead mouse out of cellar. In addition, they also shared that I have several mice exposures and my garage is not the issue. I am happy to share findings as I believe you should share with staff. I also feel when you reschedule a call 10/31, I should not have to make more calls as nearly another month past and I could have gotten this remediated versus a April. Move can be remediated immediately. It is very frustrating!
Service scheduled for Friday. I’m in hospital with wife who just gave birth to our second child (11 days early, unexpectedly) Insight calls to say they are on the way. I say OK, if I upload photos of areas we need addressed will the tech be able to see them? Insight responds ‘yes definitely’ Insight calls an hour later saying the tech wants to speak to us and is knocking on door. I explain again we are not home and I sent photos. I ask if photos can be seen. She says she will check and call back. 25 minutes later…. Insight calls back and says the tech doesn’t know where the nests are and tech left but could come back. I say I’ll be home in 20-25 minutes, they asked if tech could contact me directly and I said yes. There was traffic on highway and it took me 30 minutes. Tech never called and wasn’t there when I got home. I call Insight office back and explain situation. They tell me I can set up another appointment to address the nests we are dealing with. They also say the text didn’t see any nests while walking around the house. There were torrential downpours for 2 hours before this happened so that isn’t surprising. They’ve offered to set up another time to come out and address the bees nests. No apology for leaving without contacting me as I left the hospital and my wife and 18 hour old son to come home to show and the tech where the nests were because he apparently couldn’t access the photos I uploaded to their website. Again, I was 5 minutes late bc of traffic, and the guy had my number. So I drove home for nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’d even go negative.
