Catseye Pest Control - Nashua, NH

We’ve been using Nashua Casey’s for a little over a year now. Alan has been our technician and he’s been absolutely fantastic. He solved a serious mouse infestation in our newly purchased house. Alan was full of tips and tricks for us to be as successful as possible and every tidbit of knowledge shared was greatly appreciated. He also worked his tail off to make our house as rodent-proof as possible. We were lucky to get such an experienced and dedicated professional. We also used the ant & mosquito services throughout the summer. Definitely made a difference in the back yard. If you’re in need of pest services I would highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a Platinum service holder for nearly three months; I will update review once real progress has been made concerning my pest issue(s). 3/8/2023: The Catseye technician comes to my property bi-monthly to provide their services. They have always been cordial, communicative, and professional. Ever since they started working with us, we have seen huge improvement. Highly recommend!

Not what expected for the amount of money I paid. I've told them after 3 pm someone is home to check the house but they still sent someone at 2 even after sending confirmation text stating someone will arrive after 3. I have the text to prove it.

Just had Alex out to quote us on squirrel trapping, and he was awesome! He educated me on the process and was very helpful. What isn't helpful is setting an appointment for a quote to have work done that your company doesn't do in NH. I think it's a waste of time to have someone schedule a time to tell you that they can't do that. Why wasn't this on the website or, better yet, on the phone when I talked to the person who scheduled the appointment? I would have given you a lower rating if it wasn't for Alex being awesome. Catseye Pest Control Specialist Max did an excellent job on the bird nest removal, replacing the exhaust vent cover and adding a preventative cage. He was very professional and friendly and answered all the questions related to the situation. He did not hesitate to check on another vent to see if it needed a repair although it was not on the initial service request. It turned out that it did need a repair. Catseye Pest Control sent their team back to get the job done without additional charge. Much appreciated! Adding to the above comments: I was not home when the team was on the site for the second service, but the work was done equally well. It was performed by Jeffrey. Thanks!

ONE DAY AFTER a technician said that my mouse problem was "solved,' there were mice running all over the MAIN FLOOR. In spite of being told I would get a phone call immediately on the day I called, I received no call on that day OR THE DAY AFTER. And I've been paying them all along. I want my money back.

Gave you $1,000 to help remove animal in our house that is making so much noise that our children can’t sleep in their bedrooms. It’s been two weeks, and all you’ve done is set some mouse traps. We’ve called and complained, explained the situation nicely. Still no solution. Total scam. I want my money back.

They did a good job sealing cracks in the roof putting up bat cones but have not yet returned to clean the feces and finish screening out future bats. How long will I be waiting?

Hired for mole treatment, may as well flushed $900 down the toilet. I hired Catseye for mole treatment and if anything the moles are more active now than before. 24 hours after the first treatment the moles left my mulch beds and began moving across the lawn. so I called and they came back for a 2nd treatment. It seemed like as the technician was pulling out of the driveway the moles just moved more and more into the lawn. So I called and asked the reception what we should do and she said a manager would call me. That was last week. I did not get a call so I called back and I was told again a manager would call me. I did not get a call. Meanwhile the moles are mocking me eating up more of my yard and ruining my lawn. I called again today once again was told a manager would call me. Still no call from a manager. I need to know are there things we could do differently or other treatments. Do I have super moles that are immune to the carbon monoxide? The technician basically said two words when I asked him when he came out for the 2nd treatment. Before Catseye came to treat my yard I had one mole hill. Now I have a dozen (will try and add pictures). I don't blame them for making it worse, but clearly they didn't help and they didn't seem to care too much either. There has to be someone better out of there with better customer service. I cannot recommend using Catseye.

Appreciated their follow up and willingness to come back a second time to remove the nest residue after the wasps were gone.

We have had a mice problem periodically. Our cat catches them but we do not want him to continue to do this. Noah came out, explained the services and we decided to hire Catseye to get rid of any mice in the house, to prevent them from returning, and to clean up from their presence. The first two parts of the job are complete. Monitoring and cleanup will be scheduled soon. Jerry did a great job on the mice prevention work. He was knowledgeable, skilled and thorough.

Our experience with Catseye was not as we expected, we were quite disappointed. We purchased a very expensive packet, that the sales person said we needed. The crew came out for a day then disappeared with a job a quarter of the way completed. I had to call so many times to get another crew out to complete part of the work. I was advised that the first part of the job was completed, It was not!! After a month or more, Finally another crew member came out, he took one look at the job and was shocked it wasn't even close to being done. They completed most of the job, I again had to call to have someone come out to walk through the outside of the property. He assured me he would personally come out to complete the job, which he did!!! Now the inside, again, I had to keep calling to get someone to come out to start the inside of the job. Finally we had a crew!!! While ripping down the insulation, they ripped out my cable for the internet. I found it was done by no Internet! I had to call the cable company to have someone come out to fix the problem. That took a day for someone to fix it. I could not work from home due to no Internet. We feel we did not have the rodent issued we were informed to have. However, we did have a bat issue, that was taken care of. But I had to pressure someone again, to come out to complete the inside attic and outside work once again. We should not have had to call continuously to have someone out to complete the job. I called the Sales Representative as well to get the job moving and completed. We signed in August, the job finally finished in January.
