The worst service I ever experienced!! I needed two service calls, one for a bee hive and one for mice getting into the basement and had the a terrible experience. Made an appointment for 8/18/25 between 10am-noon. I called customer service at 11am on 8/18 to see if the tech was running on time or not. She said that he was supposed to be there at 7am.
