I called them to let them know that we are being attacked by mosquitoes and they said their spray doesn't cover everything. Last year they were amazing, this year I know they changed their chemicals. And to top it today the guy came sprayed fir 2 minutes and was gone. Never using you guys again.

Have been a customer of Mosquito Pro for several years now. Everything is done first class from notification of when they will be here to a thorough spraying. I have not had any tick or mosquito issues at all. They make using my property and pool possible without any concerns.

When you call and cancel a week of service and they just “forget” to take you off the schedule it’s not ok. Who ever runs the schedule isn’t good at their job. Also will send the same people back after they can’t spray the yard correctly and people are hours late after saying I need a special time frame. Go to any other company but this one

I reached out to this company in 2024 for a quote to see how much it would be to have my property treated. We ended up moving forward with a different company, and told Mosquito Pros that we were not interested in their service. They left me alone for the remainder of 2024. This year, however, I have received multiple emails, and calls. The first call I got was in May and the man on the other line made it seem like they were the company we went with the year prior so I engaged for a minute, but was at work and requested another quote via email. When I saw the quote was much higher, and not with the company we used in 2024, my husband reach out to Mosquito Pros to tell them we were not interested. He asked them to stop calling me, and to take us out of their system. I am still getting calls, at least twice a month. At this point it's borderline harassment.

6/11/2925 update- I had to share a recent experience because the tech, Ryleigh went above and beyond with her recent visit. I had mentioned possible baby bunnies under our deck and asked her to avoid the area. She did and remembered a couple weeks later when she returned and asked me about them. They make going in my backyard during the summer possible! The reminder texts/emails are great.

This company doesn’t disclose anything, but wants a contract? They claim a premium service and product, but I strongly disagree. When I called them out on an application in regards to where and how it was applied, they pushed back. Keep a watchful eye on their employees when they show up in your property to be sure they give you what you are paying g for. Their customer service is horrible!

We've developed our system over the last 15 years. We're happy to respond to inquiries about how and where we apply treatment to explain why we do what we do. We're sorry you disagree with those methods. As is, and has been our policy if our treatments prove ineffective we remedy the issue at no additional cost. We enjoyed another mosquito-free summer in our back yard thanks to Mosquito Pro's NH. They provide a couple days notice when a technician is due to come over for an application and will reschedule with no problem if there is a conflict (house guests, etc.)

Just wanted to give some positive positive feedback. We have had so few mosquitoes at this house and we really appreciate the difference this service has made. We literally live on a marsh and have hardly seen mosquitoes on our lot or ticks on our dogs. We are able to spend time on our porch surrounded by woods and not worried as much during a breakout of eastern equine encephalitis. Thank you for this good service and we appreciate it.

We just had a spray service and we can not go outside on our deck we get bit alive at 9pm at night I do not believe they are treating my entire yard in the 4 minutes they spend at my house

They’re technicians work quickly and do not ensure your home is protected. They get on and off the property in 10 minutes when in reality, an application should take at least 15-20 minutes to ensure the job is done correctly.

Hired for 2 sprays , and was told when purchased if we find the bug problem still hasnt declined they would come out free of charge for a extra spray. Called to let them know we still had a issue and they in turn said they would come out but there would be a charge which wasnt what i was told. I would not recommend 1 bugs were still terrible 2 they lied about the guarantee and requested more money. Avoid there service

Our mosquito free guarantee only applies to those who are on a bi-weekly program.
