MD Weaver The Pest Reliever

I have been so please with MDWeaver and especially with their tech Eric Who has (hopefully permanently ) eliminated mice and carpenter ants from entering my home. No other pest company that I’ve used over the last two decades was able to do that!

I am specifically writing a review for Tom D and Pedro. We are dealing with bed bugs in my condo building and they have both been incredibly kind and thorough. Every tech at MD Weaver should take their cues from Tom and Pedro.

Tom was very thorough and patient.

I highly recommend this company. Eric promptly responded to address a significant wasp infestation, effectively applying the necessary product. He demonstrated adherence to health regulations and offered organic alternatives with comprehensive follow-up, ultimately delivering exceptional service.

Eric was my technician. He was very PROMPT! Even early! I appreciated his attention to every possible problem. I wish I had known that MD Weaver was available to take care of all my pest control. I used one company for mice but they were not certified for bats. They referred me to MD WEAVER for my special needs. I would have preferred to stay with ONE COMPANY. I am sure this was an unnecessary additional expense.

Excellent customer service listens to customers needs

No response to a request for service. Big waste of time. Not proffesional in the least. I hired Anchor out of Manchester, they are a class act.

Two summers ago MD Weaver was on site to mitigate the active Carpenter bees that were discovered when we opened up a knee wall for some HVAC renovation. They came out, provided a same-day solution and I paid on the spot because of this convenience, plus I thought it was a reasonable cost for the solution we needed. I would call them again for service and it just so happens they came out yesterday to assess a rodent dilemma of ours. I am confident they can resolve this issue also. I am the kind of DIY guy that tries to fix problems without calling in the professional$. But, as Dirty Harry infamously said, "A man has got to know his limitations." Hence, I outreached to MD Weaver.

Technician came into my house and recklessly moved my furniture to look for pests. When they moved off my stove, it scratched my floors!! Very unprofessional to be this careless.

Friendly and responsive

MD Weaver was recommended to us by neighbor's fighting a pest problem, so we didn't hesitate to contact them after the neighbors experienced great service. It ws extremely easy to set up an appointment. Tony the exterminator. who came to inspect the situation was very helpful indentifying potential problem areas and took action after communicating the companies offering. We chose a one time visit for now but will not hesitate to contact the company again, if the one time visit didn't eliminate the problem totally.
