I use identify Pest Control at my work place and at home. Ben always comes on time organized ready to complete the task. it can be spray bait gel or traps he took care of it all! I truly appreciate identify Pest Control for having our properties in stable condition with no more activities.

I called Identify Pest Control about a rat problem that a prior company was not able to get rid of. The technician Alex showed up same day, and was able to catch his first rat within a few hours of setting traps. I would recommend Identify Pest Control’s team to any of my family or friends.

Fantastic company! Scott the owner and a trainee came same day at a very affordable price for the year. Scott went above and beyond with actually fixing some of my appliances while simultaneously pin pointing every location where I have been known to see mice. He was very thorough, and was teaching the trainee Jacob all the tricks of the trade. Jacob was eager to learn which I enjoyed seeing. All in all they did a great job and Scott got me to laugh numerous times. I’d hire Scott for all things pest control and probably would be a great dude to go grab a beer with too! Highly recommend

Identify Pest Control was the best! i had a horrible wasp problem and the receptionist was very helpful over the phone and my technician was amazing and was able to get rid of the nest in my yard!!

Liam removed a bald face hornets nest. He was pleasant, professional, and timely. He confirmed our appointment, called when he was on the way and explained in detail the procedure and any options for removal that we may have had. He was quick and thorough. Highly recommend!!

On a hot 95 degree day last week, your efficient, prompt employee , Craig, came to my aide, donning his protective suit gear, hood, gloves, ladder, spray and tool, after checking the inside and outside of my home. He investigated a nest of hornets that invaded an outside propane, gas, exterior vent. He extracted and sprayed the hornets' nest and another small nest he found near the garage door. I never knew it was there. During his visit, he educated me on the hornets' invasion that might be still inside the screwed panel, but removed anything obvious.. Craig said to keep watch during the week to see if there was any indication of reentry. So far, so go. He brought up the safety issue if the hornets returned, and, especially, if I put on the gas fireplace in the fall. This could result in carbon dioxide poisoning. of a blocked vent. His stated educational plan was, if the nest reemerged, I would coordinate an appointment with Palmer Gas to unscrew the outside vent panel and Identify Pest Control to remove any residual infestations. Craig is an excellent person working for your company. I would give in more stars if allowed. And, again, as I wrote in my email to you Scott Gillis, I am not his mother! Good luck, Craig! Liam was so helpful with our wasp infestation. He was on time and explained every chemical he was using to get rid of our wasps. I also liked that he used products to not hurt honey bee’s. We are going to hire Liam for any pest problems we have in the future. I highly recommend Identify Pest Control.

Scot was excellent! We had a bee issue in our outside dryer vent and with one session the issue was resolved immediately. Now we can safely enjoy sitting on our deck. I called him in the morning and he was at our home within 2 hours. Efficient and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

The one star is for the owner of this company Scott who was very rude, as a business owner I understand you hate cancelations but things happen and you need to be more understanding I almost canceled my business with them if it was not for his lovely professional employee Greig If you need their services I will highly recommend Greig

I had called Scott a Technician for identify pest control Reaching out to see if they were able to enter my unit and perform services , Scott said he was on a job and couldn’t give me that information which I understand so I said could I call you later or someone could even text me & he said he couldn’t let me know till tomorrow & I obviously had them in my house to begin with for a reason so I wanted to know if the services were complete ! I have a small child and I needed this situation under control & I said I really need this information now or at least by the end of the day ! & he HUNG UP on me ! You can answer the phone but can’t just get me some simple information that was highly needed . 0/10

We came home late from vacation to find a large nest around our electrical panel in the basement. We quickly googled local exterminators who were actually open and found Indentify Pest Control, read the reviews and called right away. Scott was able to move some things around and got me in next day! John showed up early and took care of businesses! The previous reviews and this one absolutely speaks for themselves!!
