Initial service was great. The tech was easy to communicate with, showed up early and did a thorough job. He told me he wasn’t the normal tech for my area, so I would have someone different the next time. I received a text from the new tech telling me what day he would be there. I informed him it didn’t work for me and my schedule so we agreed on a new date. On 9/14, He then proceeded to text me that he would be coming on a different day and time. I am sure there is no point in leaving this review as the people at this location literally don’t care. I called the 800 number for a pest control inspection. And for a quote for any future services needed on an as needed basis. The inspector called me Wednesday and said he was four hours away and it was a really far drive and he wasn’t gonna be able to get out for a couple weeks But that he could tell me it was gonna be around $1800. They stopped showing up and continued charging me after I cancelled my subscription. We signed up for their home protection subscription and everything went smoothly at first then they just stopped showing up. We had some mouse activity in our house so I called to try and get a technician in. I spent a good month (maybe longer) trying to get someone to come out to my house. I called 5 times and the person on the line would always tell me that someone would be in touch to schedule an appointment
