Definitely go directly with a local contractor if you have any choice. Terminix is only a fee-extracting middle-man designed to insulate their contractors from any accountability. This company has irresponsible billing bordering on scams. We got a quote for a service - then exchanged emails and phone calls with the sales rep that day - and agreed to a modified service with a 2500$ reduced price. We asked for a new contract - and was told it would be delivered the day of the work. On the day of the work they did not deliver a new contract - performed the work agreed upon for the reduced price - and charged the full amount (2500$ more than we agreed to). When we saw the charge - we contacted the sales rep several times over phone/e-mail and were either ignored or given a 1 word response. We called the central office several times - provided email documentation of the agreed upon price - and each time told our issue would be "escalated" - while not being permitted to speak to a supervisor or given the contact details of the managers/contractors who performed the work. Turns out they have a policy that strictly forbids them from providing the contact details of the company/contractors who perform the work on your home to discuss any issues. Ultimately after being ignored for 6 weeks we had to contest the charge with our credit card company. Terrible experience - incompetent billing / customer service that is bordering on fraudulent business practices.

Appointment was made quickly and Brandon arrived and did a wonderful job. Explained what was needed and came back for a second visit with Nest removal planned for in the future once “buzzing” is 100% resolved. 30 day service for a “1-time” visit is a great service. Highly recommended

Our Terminix technician Brandon Mooney has done an amazing job with ridding out home of rodents and bugs that were a HUGE problem. He's super repsonsive and always makes time to come by when we notice a possible issue. Thanks to him we no longer worry about what could be in our basement and walls and it has given us an amazing sense of relief.

Brandon does an excellent job and is extremely knowledgeable of pest control products applications and purposes. He’s always polite and arrives when he says he’s going to arrive. He does a thorough job and he’s 99% of the reason that I’ve stayed with Terminix.

Terminix has been maintaining our property for many years . The service people (Brandon) is very good and knowledgeable about his work . He is also personable and friendly. He also responds quickly via text messages and is always available for an emergency bug related problem. We don’t have a bug problem except for an occasional bee hive . The house has been bug free and rodent free for a long time so what they do is working.

Brandon Mooney is so dedicated to all his customers. He services all my neighbors and treats all of us as family for so many years

Brandon provides prompt, personal, and effective service. He personally contacts me to let me know when he is arriving, and has answered any questions I’ve had almost immediately. We stay with Terminix because of Brandon!

Brandon is AMAZING! He is the technician for our home and we have a different tech at our business a couple towns over. We had a ground give of hornets pop up at work and Terminex told us that it could be up to a week before they could get out there. It was dangerous because we have patients going in and out and I am severely allergic. I texted Brandon, and he took care of the problem that evening! It’s not even his area and it was definitely outside of work hours, but he was glad to help. I am so grateful for him and the wonderful work that he does! Thank you Brandon!!

We started using Terminix over a year ago because we were having a problem with carpenter ants. The technician that came out was Brandon and he was great. He’s been our technician every time since and goes out of his way to address any concerns I might have big or small. He even replies on vacation… Explains what he is doing and always insures it’s safe for our dogs. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Brandon is very Thorough! When he first started at our house, we had a mouse problem. And have not had any mice since. He is friendly with our dog and I was always cautious to make sure the dog is nowhere around when he sprays. Grateful to have him doing our treatments. I would recommend him to anyone.
