Mainely Grass

Mainly Grass is a complete waste of money! We spent upwards of $900 for our lawn to look worse than before they came….when we called to complain about the weeds they sent someone who said “they are dying no need to re-spray” the pictures below are weeks after they said that and as you see they are alive and taking over the lawn! I also spoke to a manager who said after all this they would send someone out for a soil test which NEVER happened! They has a million excuses about why we have the weed

Used for 3 years and each year after the first was a let down greater than the one before. We cancelled our service after too many issues last year which included a “wand malfunction “ that burned the grass. Which was not evident to the tech even though there were blobs of chalky white substance on the driveway... but heck.. let’s just use it on the grass. They came out to repair after multiple complaints and photos where they stood by there position that not all the damage was from the malfunct

I signed up to use Mainely Grass fertilization program which included grub preventative. We clearly had a grub issue and when signing up I asked if this program would take care of all my fertilization and grub issues. They confirmed, so we signed up. After we signed up and paid almost $1,000, they informed us the grub preventative would not resolve our current grub issue. They insisted that we had to pay additional money to take care of our grub problem. Why would they not tell us that upfront.
