Been a Homeowner Protection Plan customer for years now and can only say good things about BBB! I think they provide fair value for service, and their technicians are always top of the line. I specifically want to call out Tony who recently was assigned to our service calls - very friendly and went above and beyond during the appointment!

Big Blue Bug solutions has been wonderful. I started using them this week for a bat problem and newly discovered carpenter bees. They have been so thorough, informative, professional, and nice!! They came out almost immediately after discovering our problem. They were so responsive to all of my emails and questions. I couldn’t be more impressed. We have now switched over our entire home protection pest program to them as well as our mosquito treatments because of their service. Highly recommend this company to anyone! Nathan was amazing!!

Our Blue Bug service provider, Nathan Jewett, arrived promptly at our home in New Hampshire, and was both friendly and professional in manner. He did a thorough job of inspecting our home's interior and exterior, addressing our pest issues with recommendations and remediation as needed.
