Michael jones at integrity pest did an amazing job spraying our house with bugs. He took down all the wasps nests and spiderwebs and even sprayed our carport and outdoor shed. We will definitely continue to use his services in the future.
IPM was fantastic!!!!! When I called to make an appointment, I figured it would be weeks before they would be able to come to my house to exterminate. They came the same day!! Finished the job in about 30 minutes. My mother and wife feel much better now that the house has been fumigated. The office people and the service crew were very polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. I plan to contract with IPM to come every 90 days to do upkeep with any pests. I highly recommend IPM.

The first thing I'll say about Cody is that he is honest. I ended up not using him because he agreed with me when I said, I'm not sure it will work well for me to spray a pre-immergent when there is no moisture in the forecast for the foreseeable future. I will definitely schedule late fall next year.

I am not sure what it is that you are upset about. Once the technician inspects a residence, they place and service bait stations, they provide place packs in the crawl space and place glue boards in the house in areas that pets and children can't reach. This will correct most of the infestations and is what I currently do in my own home. We do offer mice exclusion for an additional fee. We offer traps that catch the mice live for an additional fee. We offer traps that electrocute the mice for an additional fee. There is nothing that Orkin can offer that we don't, and our price is a lot less. If you are interested in any of these other processes, just let us know.

We have been out on two trouble calls to take care of the bugs. We suggest moving to monthly services rather than quarterly to help eliminate your pest problems.
