We have used SavATree for several years and have always been very happy with their service. They are always available for our questions and have handled them quickly and efficiently. Love the office staff too.

The team did an amazing job removing a fairly large tree from my front yard. Their clean up went above and beyond my expectations; my yard looked better after they left then before they came!

Yard looks great this year thanks to rain and treatments. Had some trees trimmed to remove some worrisome overhangs. Crew did a great job on the limb removals.

They came out as agreed-upon and applied fertilizer to the two trees that needed the help. These are new trees and have only been in the ground a few years. There was some concern with nodules on one of the trees and the technician wasn’t sure what they were, but made a guess at it. Later I found out from an Arborist that his guess was all wrong. I wish he wouldn’t have tried to guess.

I was told the workmen would arrive between 8 and 830. I waited a full half hour after that (9am) and they still had not arrived. I left. Respect for people matters. Don't take advantage of us. The least you can do is be on time.

Your technicians were great. They introduced themselves and e plained the process. Took pictures of the progress. The final stage looked great. Thank you for their professionalism.

SavATree has satisfactorily done a few things for us. But there is much more to be done, as we agreed to in an itemized work proposal by SavATree.

Called to request removal of two shrubs and a small ornamental tree. Never heard back from them. No phone call, no email, nothing. Customer service is non-existent. I had used their service before and was quite please--I've even recommended them to friends and neighbors. Never again.
