Yard boss is doing a great job with my yard. We have a new build with new sod. They have made sure no weeds are coming up, if weeds are spotted they’re back out to reapply weed killer. Our yard looks better than anyone else’s near us. Bryce is our service provider and he listens to everything and is great to work with.

Was told they would do my yard the first week of October, now it will be three weeks before the next promised date. Poor communication by them. I have always had to call them to see what is going on.

Thanks for taking the time to get an estimate. <br>I'm sorry it was not priced at the rate you were looking for. <br><br>Here is a little explanation of why we are priced the way we are. <br>First, your are corrcet. Up to 5000 sq ft. Does cost $290. <br>We use high quality blue tag certified seed. This is where a lot of cost comes from. All seed is not equal. And we put it down at 5-7 lbs per 1000 sq ft. This is the hight rate, generally used for bare dirt applications, to ensure a good thick lawn. <br>We also send a 2 man crew to ensure good quality. So they can pay special attention to your lawn even doing some of this by hand. <br>Lastly, the equipment that allows is to get this done in about an hour cost about 15k each, and we have two machines on a job. Then each of the machines are towed and hulled in a truck and trailer, again an expensive we must recover. <br><br>Then you add in well trained, knowledgeable staff. <br><br>I assure you if we could do the service at a lower cost we would. Ultimately we have expenses to take care of and our staff we must also take care of. <br><br>I hope that sometime in the future we can work together, so we can show you the value we bring to lawns around Lincoln.

Very nice man, yard is looking good. The only thing I’m concerned with is my hostas were sprayed and dying. I had 7 left and were coming up in the shaded part of my yard where I can’t grow grass so I had planted hostas.

Ken B did a great in my problem area with neighbors weeds creeping over into my yard! I asked that they target this area and it’s starting to look good! My whole yard is looking green!

There were no instructions left for me to water in the treatment. This usually appears on the card left in the door, but watering in was not listed. Hopefully the rain we had took care of the watering.

There are water instructions on the email that we send out the day before we are coming also. Our goal is 5 star service. What can we do to change this 2 star review to a 5 star review?

Paid for two applications...not happy at all about results (over three-month time period). Sent pictures of lawn and weeds we had questions about. No answer at all - twice.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback on your experience. I am truly sorry it was not a good one. As we explained to all of our clients, a great lawn takes time, in most cases a year. Some weeds can be killed with one application and some will take several applications to completely eliminate from the lawns.

Very Expensive -There were also problems with billing. When I reached out to discuss these issues he was VERY rude and unprofessional. I cancelled and will not be coming back.

We would not recommend this company. Damage caused to downspouts and backyard gate; men causing damage never let us know, we had to contact Steve, he did reimburse us for parts and repair expenses. It took weeks for them to mow the entire yard after sharing with Steve that parts of the yard were not being mowed, yet we were being charged for entire yard maintenance. One week I mowed and picked up 15 bags/barrels full of leaves; yet Steve said his men also mowed and collected leaves; I just find this hard to believe that I would collect so much after the men also collected/mowed the same space.

Do not have these guys install any type of drainage. They don't have the right equipment to get drain lines deep enough and seem to think drain pipes should run up hill. Tried calling and texting to discuss the installation issues but never received a response.
