Great pest control company with excellent staff and great service.

I called twice with detailed information. I did not receive a return call or text from Darrell on either call. I consider that not only unprofessional but hardly "reliable" by any means.

Called with a concern but wasn't sure if action on their part was needed. They discussed my issue and possible options as well as confirmed that my current routine and product would likely solve things. Was given advice to help correct the problem on my own, if things seem to get worse then I will definitely call Reliable again to have them help me out.

This company is prompt and seem to know what they are doing. However, depending on which workers show up at your house, you will want to watch your medicine cabinet.
