Very thorough and punctual

Arrived as scheduled. Explained what was happening with a through walk through..Kept us advised with problems arose. Completely done within 8 hour time frame.

I had a very good experience with Midwest Bed Bug, they are courteous and professional! I highly recommend them!

Had a heat treatment with them. It didn't work. Called for retreatment which also didn't end the problem. Unfortunately do to a medical condition couldn't do a third try within the 90 day warranty window and will have to pay a second time.

I think they took care of our problem, but we were not happy about the mess they left our house in, we think for what we paid up front mind you that they could have at least put some things back like the bed the couch the stove we are both disabled and it's almost impossible to move or lift things for either one of us

On time answered all my questions very professional and put my mind at ease and was sure to let me know if he had spotted any bed bugs throughout the rest of my house and it’s been two days haven’t seen any and haven’t had any bug bites and I would completely use them again if I had to I pray that I don’t. Nick was an absolute blessing as I navigated the horrors of bed bugs. Even though Google said the company was closed the day I found the bugs Nick texted me back almost immediately and walked me through the process and got us on the schedule. He answered every question I had while we waited and prepared for our treatment date. While he could not warranty my service due to having concrete flooring in part of my house that needed treated he was able to kill them all. It’s been 3 months since my service and no more bugs! I hope I never need Nick again but if I’m ever in need I will definitely be a return customer.

The response was awesome. They were very attentive to our needs and privacy. The young man was very nice and informative.

The company should not be using interior home electrical outlets during treatment and should NEVER leave their heating unit unmanned. They will not tell you they will leave this extreme fire hazard ALONE overnight. With all your smoke detectors unarmed, no one in the home, and no one attending to the heating unit, my entire home was at high risk. Do not trust them, check on your home. We had to stay outside on the property, for 10 hours because they LEFT THE UNIT ALONE AND RUNNING. They made bad excuses for leaving their unit unmanned, and HAVE NO REMOTE MONITORING CAPABILITIES, THIS IS A LIE. Would never recommend them to anyone, they should be reported and shut down.

The two men that did treatment were very kind and one of them explained everything to us at the end. That also made it known that we can just contact them with any questions. So far it was been 2 months and looks like treatment worked very happy .

Dylan was very patient, informative and answered all my questions. My appointment was immediate which eased my worries as well as the 90 day warranty. It's been two weeks and I haven't seen any bugs... believe me, I am looking. I definitely recommend this business.
