Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

I subscribe to a quarterly service. I’m always very with the results. Brian gives me a heads up about a week in advance and is always thorough. I also get a report of what he observed and actions he took during his visit. It’s a quality professional service and I highly recommend it - especially Brian.

John was great. But he was sent with defective products and wasn’t able to make a quality door for my crawl space to prevent rodents access. The wood was warped so there was gaps on the sides and was not fitting snugly. It could easily fall open.

They used to be good. But their communication is terrible now. 2 no call no shows. Canceled my membership since they keep wasting my time

I have been trying to speak with someone for 2 days. I've tried so many different numbers and I think it goes all to the same place. I've waiting in the Q for 2 1/2 hours the first day and almost 3 hours the next. Not good business if you can't get a hold of anyone. The website can't help me!!!

I was hoping my service Tech would have called me on his way. I had my tenant leave the front open so he could go inside and service the interior. I was out of service area For part of the morning so he may have called but I missed it.

Total SCAM! Literally never felt so manipulated and bamboozled taken advantage of before in my life. I was lied to by my salesman Zach who stated I would be agreeing to 4 paid services for carpenter ants. The first would be $225 and include a 30 day follow-up, followed by x3 quarterly treatments of $135. They just came for the 30 day follow-up (Scheduled by them only 3 weeks after the initial visit) and I was billed $135 for that "included" follow up. I was trimming back my bushes when the tech was here, asked him to start on the other side of the house so I could get the bushes back and he could spray closer to the foundation. He ignored me and just dumped bait into the bushes while I was trimming. $97 early termination fee if you wish to not continue the "service". The office then had Zach call me to follow up on "my misunderstanding" where he told me I was wrong, he never said that, I signed a contract, etc., in a rather aggressive tone not at all empathetic with the client. What was the point of this call? To tell me I'm stupid and feel validated that you told the customer how it is? If you want to pay $765 for someone to indiscriminately sprinkle bait around your yard, hire these guys. Or go to Ace and spend $50 on the same stuff, because that's all they're doing. And taking down my non-existent cobwebs.

The sales and service people who I interacted with were all very professional and personable. The service was prompt, thorough and complete. I was asked a few times if I had any questions and if there was anything else they could do for me. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. Although not enough time has passed to assess the long term effects of the service I would currently give a positive recommendation. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement with any service or product.

They only come out to spray 4 times a year, but charge you monthly $39, to the tune of over $500 over the year, something their sales reps neglected to tell me. My bad for not reading the contract though, they know it's scummy so they do spell it out, but you don't see that part because you are only presented the sign here and initial here sections.
