Custom West was amazing! This was the second time I’ve used them, and once again they went above and beyond. I had a spider issue, and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. The owners are a friendly and professional team who do all the work themselves, and their skill and knowledge really show. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and treated both the inside and outside of my home, including the patio. They were very cautious around my pets and plants and handled my belongings with care and respect. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. They are skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome and super informative, they were very thorough. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows. Great customer service and they also address other problems that may be the root cause of whatever pests you may be dealing with. I will definitely have them back.
