Montana Pest Solutions did an excellent job inspecting and spraying my home for termites. You get someone who shows up on time, explains the process clearly, and gets the job done right. Nate and his team are not only the most knowledgeable pest control company in Western Montana, they are just down right great people. We had a pocket gopher issue at our place in Seeley lake. They knew we had a dog so they used certain techniques to eradicate the gophers in ways that would not harm our furry family member.

We had some squirrels in our attic and Devin assisted us, going above and beyond what I had ever expected. Not only was he incredibly kind and extremely communicative throughout the entire process - both in person and on the phone - but he was so quick in getting out here, made sure to check back in with us as we wanted to rehome our furry dwellers, and he even helped us clean one of our gutters while he was on our roof because he saw that it was clogged. We were apprehensive to call any pest company in hopes that we could solve it ourselves, but following this experience we will be a customer of Montana Pest Solutions for life (though I do hope that we don’t need their services again hah.)

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company. Staff and technicians were professional, knowledgeable and delivered high quality service. I Have known the owners many years and they are honest, kind, professional and generally excellent people. Definitely recommend.

We are super impressed with Montana Pest Solutions. I was seeing big spiders at least twice a day and finally found one in my bed before making the call. They got me in very quickly. Devin sprayed one time and I haven't seen a spider since. Professional, honest, and efficient business. Also non-toxic to pets!

I would give Montana Pest Solutions 6 Stars if possible. They are AWESOME and always keep the bugs away. Nate and his Team have been our Bug Guys (and girls) for years. Devin did an excellent job in inspecting our home after we found a bat in our living room. Montana Pest Solutions was immediately responsive to our call, and Devin did a thorough inspection and gave us clear and helpful directions on what to look for re: any future bats in our home. Despite the work Devin put in, there was no charge since there was no mitigation that need to be done, even though he spent over an hour examining our house to make sure we didn't have an infestation. Great service and a wonderful company.

Montana Pest Control and Devin were great. Called them and Devin came out the same day to deal with a wasp situation in the walls. He dealt with it during that visit and the wasp situation was eliminated. As it is with many Missoula businesses, Montana Pest Control and Devin are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. I'll be getting on a schedule with them after this.

We had been using a different company for a bit and recently they have been VERY hard to reach. MT Pest Solutions answered the phone immediately and had a tech out to the house within a couple hours. The tech, Devin (a wildlife biologist) was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly! I will be referring everyone I know to MPS!

I decided to call Montana Pest Solutions when I realized I had a carpenter ant infestation. They were able to get me on their schedule that same week. Nate and Devin came out to survey the situation. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the ants, how to treat them, and any health concerns I had for my family and pets. They treated my property same day, and then reached out the following week to ensure that the treatment had been effective, and to schedule a follow-up treatment if necessary. The treatment was very effective and the ants are gone! I hope they don't come back, but if they do, I know who I'm going to call.

Montana Pest Solutions treats my home on a regular basis for general insect prevention. I have also had them take care of a mouse issue in my shops. Jim, my technician, is great! He really knows his stuff and does a great job. I highly recommend MPS for all pest and wildlife needs. I'll be a long-time customer.

Montana Pest Solutions trespassed onto the property on Thursday, June 26th at 11:03am without checking in with the office first then proceeded to inspecting the campground without prior authorization from management. The cameras show they were on property for 20 mintues before coming to the office to speak with someone regarding what they found. We informed them that we have a long standing working relationship with Professional Pest Management. Eric proceeded to act like he had found something really bad to tell us and asked if there were any guests in the office. They were asked to leave the property immediately as they were traspassing. An email was sent to Nate regarding the incident and no reply was rendered. This is not how you conduct business.

They tried putting CONNIBEAR Traps in the city limits of Missoula to catch raccoons. They KNOW it is ILLEGAL !! F.W.P Was called and so was City Police. I called them on it now they BLOCKED MY # ILLEGAL PEST CONTROL !! The reason my name isn't in your database is because I'm not a client, my neighbor is your client. Using conibear traps in the city limits is illegal and you guys know it is illegal but still tried doing it
