Bug Zero

I recently had total knee replacement, so getting around slower than normal. Your tech guy, Chase was extra patient with me in moving out of his way. He never acted rush even though I’m sore he had another home to spray. He was very well mannered. Shared what all he was doing. I didn’t know there were sticky traps put downstairs and he replaced them. He went around the outside of our home and shed wiping down the spider webs. Nobody ever took that effort before. He paid attention to details. We are older, so having conversation needs to direct. He didn’t keep walking and talking. He took the time to stop, look at us and not speak at a fast pace. We understood the whole conversation without having to ask him to repeat what he said. Anyway, he went above normal to treat us with respect. Appreciate him. Sincerely Mike and Sharon Hodgkiss.

Who would have know that having my apartment sprayed would turn into such a pleasant experience? Tim was generous with help and with information. He was efficient and here on time. He is such a kind man. Because of physical impairment I had a difficult time emptying my cabinets. He told me not to worry that he could help me do that. Wow, you don’t get that very much on this day and age. I will definitely recommend your service to my friends and look forward to further business.

Bug Zero has been our only Pest Control se4vice for quite a few years. They are always willing to work with us when we have new puppies and also all of our adult dogs to schedule treatments convenient for our schedule. Their representatives who come to our gone are friendly and personable and a pleasure to work with. They stand by their work!

I had Tim come to my house to do a spray. Before he came in he put on plastic covers for his shoes and I've never had someone think to do that. I was kinda taken back lol. My biggest pet peeve is someone walking around with shoes on especially after I mopped. He was really friendly and nice. If I ever need something done again I would request Tim 😊 Something so small as shoe covers lite me up 😁😁😁

Our exterminator, Heather was amazing. The whole experience was the most pleasant and informative I’ve ever had dealing with an exterminator.

We were experiencing pesky ants when the weather changed. The technician was at our house the following day. They are always reliable and communicate when it's time for our quarterly extermination.

They always do a wonderful job. Very courteous and professional. I’ve had to reschedule a time or two and they are friendly and accommodating.

Worst service I’ve received from a pest control company. My service technician Dustin E. was constantly cancelling, not caring that it takes a great deal of work and time to prep the house for his arrival. I have 3 dogs, one of which is blind, so when he doesn’t show up i have to push everything back against the walls or he will crash into it, then do it all again when he reschedules, just for him to cancel again. He knows we developed a particular pest control problem since his last spray, and he still cancels repeatedly and refuses to respond when asked why he cannot show respect for his customers time? He owes money to the business I work for and dodges spraying my house because of it. The times he did show up, he always rushed and never did a thorough job. It is hard to believe such a prestigious company with contracts with Major leagues sports teams would employ someone with such bad work ethic.

Had this company spray my house shop and wanted my yard sprayed but would only spray like 12 feet out from the house. It’s now a month or so later and have just about as many ants as before. I asked them about a respray and they said it would be another one hundred dollars ! So now im back on the internet looking at reviews and going to have EVERYTHING RESPRAYED! So I think three stars is plenty generous because the aunts did slow down for a week or two. Maybe I should have given two stars but …

Sprayed house 1st time did not get the job done. Came back second time charged us for it ,still have bugs.

I did not like the idea of having to have more than one treatment , when I feel if you do what supposed to be done the first time , maybe one follow up treatment might not be needed, but if you have to have another treatment it should be free. This is not little money you pay for one treatment ($159) .

I have visited this place many times and loved it. The past 2 times I was disappointed. My crab had a gamey taste. The seafood omelet was also disappointing.
