All Solutions Pest Control is locally owned and always does an excellent job. Every time I receive service, the tech takes time to explain all the steps I took to make sure my home is protected. Today Joseph was my tech and he was friendly and professional. I've used many pest control companies over the years and by far All Solutions Pest Control is the best I've used ever. Walter agrees.

All solutions is a great company, Alec is so polite and knowledgeable. Took time to explain different bugs behaviors to us so we understood why they treat the house the way they do. We have 3 dogs and extra care is taken to make sure they are safe with the chemicals used. I would recommend All Solutions to anyone needing pest control. We are on their quarterly service and have no issues with pests in the house.

Chandler from All Solutions Pest Control, is a very thorough and always polite, respectful to us and our home. If we ever see anything after they spray, it’s one call and they’re back out to re-spray with tips and pointers to help for future problems. Check Company Rating on Yelp I like supporting local, family-owned businesses, but All Solutions Pest Control was a big miss. I called about a carpenter ant issue, clearly explained what worked before, and the tech just gave my windowsill a quick spritz—never mind the ants were inside the structure. The promised termite inspection? Never happened. Months later, the ants are still around, and when I complained, they said the proper treatment was an “extra service.” Now I’m being charged $150 to cancel early—because apparently, poor service still counts as service. The cherry on top? An email asking for holiday donations right after I requested cancellation. Sure, take my $150 and put it toward that.

Our team is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and effective treatment plans, and we take your concerns seriously.<br><br>According to our records, we offered an additional treatment complimentary in July to help resolve the issue with the carpenter ants; however, we did not receive a response to schedule that service. Carpenter ants can often times take an additional treatment to help with and that is why we offer complimentary reservice to assist with them. We would still like the opportunity to review your experience in detail and determine how we can address your concerns.<br><br>If you are willing, please reach out to our office so we can work toward a resolution. Person ring the doorbell around 12 when I told him no thank you he was extremely rude and pushy . Told him I could not chat with him because I was busy with work. he told me he was also busy as well ! So unprofessional and will not due business with a company that have employees that take to people this way.

This company sent representatives to our neighborhood, knocking on doors to promote the business. The representative who came to our home, was arrogant, pushy, and rude. It was 8:30 at night, we were in the middle of getting our kids to bed and the employee would not stop pushing and even tried to use my husbands own words against him in the conversation. My husband stated, “we would love to use your company but we already have someone who does our pest control.” The man continued to try to sell, and when my husband said no thank you again, the man stated “then why did you say you would love to use us?” It was one of the most unprofessional conversations I have had with a company. My advice, don’t knock on doors at 830pm on a week night and definitely don’t try to sell your product in an argumentative fashion.

Canvassers are very rude. Come to your house after hours allowed by ordinance. Will not take no for an answer. Ride onto your lawn on their segways. Will never use this company.

None of our reps have Segways, nor are any of our reps currently in the Wabash Woods subdivision. There is another company that has been claiming to be us when people get upset on the door. Worst Company Ever! What a NIGHTMARE! First time I met the service tech people we had a payment issue. We both tried calling the reception desk I don't know how many times couldn't get ahold of anyone so they did their first treatment and left without payment. The service tech apologized for the mishap with no payment. They even said we wouldn't be surprised if you didn't want to continue with our service, because of the troubles I was having. Second visit from this company I came home still had spider webs and a bee/wasp nest by my sliding door. Gave the service tech a poor rating. Third situation I open my front door I have thousands of spiders or ants all over my wreath crawling up my door and down it. I closed my front door immediately. I started freaking out never seen anything like it. I have lived in St. Louis my entire life so I know this is clearly not right to have when you have a company for pest. I call the company they said the soonest they can get me is next week or earliest the weekend. At that point I just was like you know what I will talk to you guys later. Call my business pest service company and they said we can get to your house within 2 hours. I call back this company I tell them I want to cancel I was told I can cancel whenever so I would like to do that now. Literally had this lady go on the longest rant ever how I am being "unfair" and how I should keep using them. I "literally" couldn't believe she said I am being unfair after everything I have been through with this company. After listening to her I am completely livid. I told her you know what I have been having problems since the get go and I have another company coming out in 2 hours. I was told in the beginning I can cancel whenever and I plan on doing that right now. She said EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME THERE IS A CANCELATION FEE FOR CANCELING BEFORE 5 TREATMENTS. Oh, so apparently I signed a 5 treatment plan even though they didn't tell me about that what so ever in the beginning. I even asked the service tech the first time they were here after the stressful first experience I had with them that there is no plan I am signing for correct? He said there is no plan and this is just saying you are using us and that we were there today. The woman stated its still my fault I should of read the paperwork, and we are still charging you a cancelation fee. She said she did leave a note for the manager in regards to the situation. I have NEVER in my life had such a horrible experience with a company in my entire life. I am so upset, I don't even know how this company is still in business.
At 11:40 this morning I heard my door bell ring. I was not expecting any packages and I have a no solicitor sign displayed in my front window so I pulled up my nest cam to see who was there. An individual by the name of Tyler was standing at the door and he was wearing an All Solutions Pest Control polo shirt. I watched as he leaned over toward the window, noticed the no solicitor sign displayed, and walked away. I figured he must not have noticed it when he first walked up, so no harm no foul. At 6:10 this evening I had another ring at my front door. When I pulled up my camera I saw Tyler standing at my front door again. When I confronted him about knocking on my door for the second time he lied and said that he did not see the no soliciting sign. I told him that I have a recording of him looking directly at the sign 6 hours earlier. My subdivision has a community Facebook page and multiple people also complained that they watched him blatantly ignore their no soliciting signs as well. One individual complained that not only did he ignore her sign but when she asked for a flyer Tyler questioned if she needed it for her husband’s approval. I can only assume that your employees are not being trained properly or they are being told to just ignore no soliciting signs when they see them. Either way, can you please take the time to adequately train your employees on following the rules in the cities they solicit in? My wife runs a day care out of our home so we have a very valid reason for not wanting people ringing our door bell during the day.
Was NOT happy with the service. We were sold a "discounted rate" that was never communicated to the receptionist. Every time I explained what happened or needed something they said "Well I don't see that notated". Not my fault your employees embellish the truth to get customers to sign. I am counting down the days until my "service is fulfilled" so they can get out of my hair FOREVER. We still had bugs in our house too. Not worth the hassle, time, money, or energy.

I had an extremely uncomfortable encounter with a door to door salesman in Crimson Oaks subdivision around 7 p.m. Thursday 6/1. My 11 year old son opened the door (which he is NOT supposed to for strangers). We recently had a death in the family and are grieving, so when I got to the door and the salesman started his pitch; I politely but firmly said "I'm not interested". He basically put his hand out to the door as if to prevent me from closing the door. He kept giving his spiel, even after I kept telling him I'm not interested. I asked him for a card and he said "We don't normally do that, but here I will give you one". It was a door hanger, so I'm not sure what he meant by they don't normally give them out. Isn't that what the door hanger is for? I found this salesman overly aggressive and disrespectful.
I called for a estimate and they would not harassing me. Even solicited my entire neighborhood when there are obvious signs on my door and every enterence saying no soliciting.
