Joe was great. He came out and inspected my house for wasps nests and checked one that I had originally called about. He even sprayed the outside. He let me know other issues that I would want to address and gave great tips on how to fix them. Great service!

Reliable & Honest company! From scheduling to time of service, we were very pleased. They were able to get out same-day and accommodate our schedule for us. Pricing was also very affordable. Larry was a pleasure to work with. We have had wasps around and in our home as the warmer weather has hit us, and had some other concerns as well about ants/spiders and he completed a thorough inspection, answered all of our questions, and was very reassuring about the entire process. We hired STL pest for a spider problem we’ve been having and just a general spraying and they were extremely helpful and friendly! We’ll definitely be hiring them again!

At the first sign of a Spring bug, I call StL Pest Control and really appreciate that they have appts available on Saturdays. Larry was my technician this time and he did a great job because he took into account that I have had spiders in the Spring before. He used some spray powder in the basement which seems like it will be much more effective than just the spray. I’ll be sleeping easier knowing my house is protected for a few months!

These guys are great and very kind. Scheduling was really easy, they text you when they’re on their way. I showed Cameron the general area I thought a squirrel was infiltrating my walls and he found the access point pretty much immediately. Sat down a trap. Caught a squirrel maybe two hours later. Another guy came out today to pick up that squirrel and set down another trap (I didn’t get his name otherwise I’d give him a shout out!!). They also got me set up with another local wildlife company to inspect my property for other entry points that might require attention, which I really appreciate! I’ll be calling back about any future issues for sure!

Do not use this company for mice..Very disappointed… We had a pretty decent mice infestation in our basement with a few mice dropping around other parts of our home. The tech came out asked where we were seeing them. He dropped some poison behind the oven and 3 bate traps in the basement. He did not inspect any other part of the house.He did not inspect for areas they were getting in to the house. I had already set multiple traps, sprayed, and secured areas I thought they were coming in. The tech literally came in placed poison in spots I had already treated and left this was all in the 10 minutes he was here then I was charged 200$. Do not schedule with this company.

The work STL Pest Control did for me left a lot to be desired. The yellowjacket hive grew larger and ate through my kitchen wall after their service. I do not recommend STL Pest Control. I hired another service who worked extremely hard to solve my issue successfully.

My elderly mother used this company for bed bug removal. They have been there 3 times and she still has them and has paid them a little over $700! Apparently the chemicals they use do not work for this problem.

Last year I left a five star rating for this company. I had a rather unsavory experience today. My first technician Lee came in last year and thoroughly treated my house. I was so happy with the exceptional service. A few weeks ago the owner came out and did my service. I noticed an influx of spiders in the garage and sent an email asking if there was anything that they could do since it was just a few weeks ago Their response was underwhelming. They offered to come out and redo the house for the additional charge $120. I unfortunately will now have to take my business elsewhere. I would rather pay someone else to redo the work then to pay a company who doesn’t stand behind their work

We used this pest control 5 times for a small German roach issue, we ended up throwing hundreds of dollars at a problem that never got fixed. They bombed and sprayed constantly, it didn’t touch the problem. Which truly was small. We bought some advion roach gel on Amazon and gentrol spray to control the breeding roaches are known for annd treated the house ourselves. I haven’t seen a roach since. One is enough for me to want to move out, so I was really hoping it would get fixed by the professionals.

I looked in our system and we only have a Connie Ruff which we haven't treated for over 2 years. If you used my company then you possibly are renting from a owner. I would like to investigate this further but I'm not sure you are reviewing the correct company. Customers should always contact me the owner and we guarantee to fix the problem. Everything started ok, initial spray for roach problem. Almost 5 months later, problem is worse! When I asked for the last technician to call, I was assured he would call by a certain day. Itis 2 weeks later and no call back! I received a call today asking how things were, and I told the receptionist who called that I have terminated any service from your company as I did not get a call back as promised(same receptionist that I had made the request) . She became rude and hung up on me. I have a new company that (I hope) will stand up with their guarantee. If I could have made this a zero, I would have as this has cost me $$$

I called and talked to David and we scheduled a follow up german roach treatment for next week. I am guessing my tech didn't let the office know we needed to call after our last treatment to update the customer. I told David we will take care of the problem at no charge. Terrrible we had a mice issue all they did was come out and place traps something we could’ve done easily then lied about a product we should buy stated the product would kill mice and cut through their stomach only to find out the stuff we bought mice can eat through it and it only just tastes bad and don’t get me started on them telling me they would follow up in two weeks I knew that was a lie when all he did was bring traps lol goodluck if you have rodents the most they will do is give you some traps and tell you “ be easy”

Update again: Never heard back from them and I am offering again our guaranteed service refund. It's obvious they have rhe wrong company because we don't have anyone in our customer records. Update: We discussed the issue and I personally went to their home and they still had some roach activity in the kitchen. I retreated all the areas that were hot spots for roaches and I haven't heard back from them in about 3 weeks. STL Pest Control came to my house in late winter 2023 to help me deal with a rat. The two employees did not seem very knowledgeable about rats. They suggested a possibe rat entry point in the basement but had little else to say. They told me to use a sticky trap near that basement entry point. No rat was caught. The STL Pest employees sold me 4 exterior bait boxes with poison pellets. I was told to replace the bait after a month or two but they gave me no tool to open the boxes. When I called their office to get this special tool, I was told to just use a screwdriver, which was difficult to use and made the lock partially ineffectual. In the end, the STL Pest Control visit did nothing to mitigate my rat problem. The rat continued to leave droppings, eat miscellaneous household items, make noise and wander the entire house. I called another pest company, which eventually led to finding and killing the rat.
