I have resided in my home for over 20 years and would occasionally notice a roach. I requested a service visit, and the provider treated for termites and roaches. The cost of the service exceeded $700. However, since their visit, my house has become infested with roaches. A few weeks after the treatment, I had to contact them again due to a sudden and widespread presence of small roaches, a problem I had not previously experienced. I was forced to purchase additional products not from them to help with the issue. I have now received a bill for over $100, and I would like to know the reason for this charge, as the roach infestation began after their visit. They only came out to my house twice, and I was told they were going to come out three times. I am so frustrated because I never had this problem before.

I had an issue with bug bites all over my twin babies and could not figure out where the bites were coming from. Bay Pest came to the rescue. The technician came out and gave my home a very thorough check. He spent tons of time with my husband and me trying to find the culprit of the bites. He was very knowledgeable on the bug subject. Although he didn't find any bugs, he pointed us in a different direction which ended up being the culprit of the bites. The Bay Pest technician spent well over an hour going through my home and checking the outside of it. In the end, he didn't even charge us for his time, expertise, or good advice! He just claimed "he was doing his job"; and bc he didn't treat our house, he had no reason to charge us. Also, let me add that Bruno, the owner, supports the communities by always generously giving to the local schools and local sports programs etc. From this day forward, I challenge you to find an event in our area that isn't supported by Bay Pest Control. Giving back to his community seems to be as high up on Bruno's to do list as actually ridding our homes and offices of bug problems! Although Bay Pest is big business, it hasn't lost it's feel for family and community which is what I love about small businesses.

Horrible job I don't think the job was done, claim that they came out more like they put more roaches in there it's more infested now smh must be because I'm Black America.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I only gave it one star because so I could get to the comment section.

I don’t know who at Bay is in charge of doing the pest control at Gulf Coast Town Homes, but every scheduled time our unit is supposed to get sprayed, we haven’t had a single visit. We have cameras, so we are aware they don’t enter the premises. This has resulted in MANY unwanted pests… we have a drainage issue upstairs and with that, we get 1-2 German cockroaches DAILY (resulting in over 50). We fussed with maintenance enough to have someone come spray… we have never had a single roach in our kitchen, only in our upstairs bathroom. The guy walked in and was like “ya you’re supposed to clean the kitchen so can’t do anything” …. We have never had bugs in the kitchen … ONLY IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. He wasn’t even willing to go upstairs to treat it regularly. Absolutely nothing. He was like “next time I come back for routine spray I’ll stop by” …….. HA surprise… he never did. I would NEVER EVER recommend Bay Pest control. Absolutely awful customer service. GO WITH A DIFFERENT PEST CONTROL

I questioned the price when I went in to buy a product, maxfirce gel, but told no, same thing online. Charged $25+7% sales tax = $26.75 Amazon has 4 tubes $29.95! Maybe cheaper as I didn't look for lowest price. I will never do business of any kind with bay pest control or affiliates. Unbelievable!!!

I had a termite inspection. Thankfully, no signs of or no active termites. Then was told that to go under annual contract with them, I would need to have a termite treatment, over $3,000. I was even told this was a new law. I called other companies, no others knew of this law. I went with another company.

I live in an apartment complex in Kenner, Louisiana. Bay Pest Control services the property. Today my son got home from school to find my small dog roaming outside alone. When he entered our apartment every light in the apartment was on. After further investigation we discovered that the bay pest control tech serviced our unit. Thank god my son got home when he did and our dog wasn’t picked up or ran over. I’m not even sure how long my dog was outside in the heat. The complex is not a gated community so thank god my dog stayed close by and didn’t run away because this could of ended up much worse. I called the local bay pest control office and was told a manager would call me back, but I’ve not received a call. I did not feel the least bit of empathy when I called! I am so displeased and disgusted with this company. Not to mention my light bill is already $250 a month and the techcincan doesn’t have the decency to shut off the lights. The only thing he did right was lock the door behind him, although he failed to notice my dog leaving with him!

Ok. From the beginning. They did drill and fill for termites after an infestation prior to me buying the house. Service was transferred. So, 3 months after moving in termites came flying out of my kitchen wall. I called them to let them know. They came to inspect and discovered that they DID NOT drill and fill(treat) behind the ac unit. Said “it was too close to the wall for the tool they were using and forgot to go back and treat.” They said “ok, we guarantee our work so we will try again.” They did drill and fill correctly after that. Informed me they don’t cover any damages. I gave a google review and gave them the 1 star review that they earned. A few days later the owner Bruno (the guy on the commercials) came out. He asked how can we make this right and have you remove the review. I told them I wanted the damage fixed. He said we don’t do that, but how about a free year of service? I said no, but we did agree on 3 years free service. I also told him I believe something is in one of the walls and asked him to use a camera to check. He said “ I am a epidemiologists and can smell if there’s termite damage” and refused to check. I checked with a camera and there were dead ones that I cleaned out. So now about a year and a half later haven’t heard anything from them I called. They tried to schedule but are only available Monday-Friday. Saturday is Louisiana trying to drum up new business.My wife took off work for the agreed upon time 3-5. So at 5:18 a worker shows up. I was still at work. When I got home she informed me he was there about 10 minutes total and referred to her as “Baby “ twice!!!! She was uncomfortable. I called the worker to tell him to let Bruno know that I will be finding another service, and writing a HONEST review. He said he would let him know. So here it is.

Two days after my house was treated by Bay Pest Control with products they claim are one hundred percent safe for pets, I found my dog dead in green vile vomit. I have a second dog that required emergency vet treatment when she also started throwing up green vile. Bruno, at Bay Pest Control, refuses to release to me the chemicals and warning labels for the poisons they put in my house. Marsha, she stated she was a manager, told me to Google them myself. Every pesticide I googled has a toxicity warning to domesticated animals. When I told her this she stated, ''oh well you must have looked up the wrong products''. Fine I said, show me your list, show me the labels stating this is a hundred percent safe. They can not do that because it does not exist. And if it does, I am still waiting to see it, now ten days after my pets death. Because of bad reviews left by my friends on their Facebook page, Bruno's wife, Julie, posted a picture of my vet bill stating my dog was being treated for the flu. (of course I have the screen shots of that, and personal messages she was sending me at the same time through facebook) Which was a lie, she was not being treated for the flu, they were told her much more serious illness was presented as ''flu-like symptoms". In posting my vet records she released my address, phone number, sick pets location, etc to the general public. Anybody out there with pets, especially small breeds, like my chihuahuas, please research first what pesticides can do to your animals. This business was only worried about money and was refusing to let me break contract after my pet died. I had to put a stop payment through my bank. Edit::: 6 YEARS after you killed my dog you decided to reply, I see you and your business is STILL a JOKE. My dog died of pancreatitis from PESTICIDE POISON. My other dog was hospitalized at an ER Vet for pancreatitis from PESTICIDE POISON. Don't say you're sorry for killing my pets when you have absolutely no remorse and only care about your online reviews. #SHAMEONBAYPESTCONTROL

I've been living at an apartment complex here in Diberville. And have never seen such BAD service in my entire life. Im a very clean person and still have roaches They put ? Bait? And the roaches cant wait to eat it they love it. They don't die if anything they multiply! Never find dead ones! They something they say is hormones and its suppose to attract roaches tjey never went in it always avoided it. Even tried to get them to go in it and they wanted nothing to do with it! If you are looking for a good pest comtrol company PLEASE look else where! They will put you in contract and bred roaches not kill them!

Poor customer service. We had a specific schedule set up because when we first got service the technician never showed up. Management even had to come out to our home. Last several months they haven't been out to our house and my husband got an email from them stating something about scheduling the next service and we received a bill in the mail... we are not paying for services that weren't rendered. Called the office staff to try to figure out what is going on and we can't even talk to one person without them telling us to hold on or interrupt.. no one ever knows what's going on. Asked specifically for the manager that came to our house and my husband was put on hold, I called from my phone and asked for that person and was told he wasn't even in. Hung up the phone on them, Then some office manager calls my husbands phone. Plain and simple they do NOT have their business together .. if you want to pay for services you don't get, get harassed via email, phone, and mail, or get the run around when you call the office, then call Bay Pest.

My wife and I have had a horrible experience with this company and rather then resolve it they have resorted to under hand blow at my wife we ended up with a DEAD dog and a sick one and the have pointed the finger instead of trying to resolve the issue and the owners wife who has reviewed this like she is a customer has maliciously attacked my wife over the Internet. I dont.want another pet or person to have to go threw what they are dragging us threw!
