I’d like to share my negative experience with Pest Marshall of Northwest Florida regarding their bed bug heat treatment service. The owner, Tevan Millette, performed heat treatments two times in June, 2025 at our rental property in Crystal Beach, FL. After the first treatment, when we discovered a live bed bug in one bedroom, he recommended treating only that single room. I believed (and still believe) that at least the entire floor — if not the whole house — should have been treated. Unsurprisingly, just a few days later we found another live bed bug in a different bedroom. At that point, we had to pay for a full-house treatment, which cost us more than $3,800. Two months later, we discovered yet another live bed bug in the very first bedroom that was supposedly treated. I attempted to contact Mr. Millette multiple times over three days by both phone and text, but he never responded. I also noticed that his website lists an address in Jackson, MS in addition to Florida, but I was only able to find the Mississippi address through Google Maps. Since Pest Marshall is a franchise business, I hope that my review will reach the main office so they can take appropriate action. Based on his lack of responsiveness and poor professional judgment, I strongly advise others not to use Pest Marshall’s services.

We have been with Mosquito Marshals for many years for two locations. They always do a great job and provide free touch ups if needed. We recommend them highly!

Did not work possibly due to heavy rainstorm 10 minutes after treatment but company did not follow up with additional treatment as I was told.

Awesome service and results

We have a 2 acre yard with a mini-swamp to boot, and Mr. Cooper stayed on site spraying for about 15 minutes. Very satisfied. Plus they come back if you see mosquitoes before the next visit (3 weeks apart).
