This time, I'm not taking my review down. I can't help if it's not a "happy" review but I am beyond upset. I've been awake since 1:00 and I finally said, "enough!" after an incident in the bathroom. Although Cortez was wonderdul and provided good service it didnt go beyond his visit. I was misled about the service I signed up for and believed I was getting, when I got my invoice it was almost double of what I was quoted. I did not receive upfront and professional service today... The technician James Perkins took pictures without my permission and sent them to the Supervisor Bill... I have a tarf over my roof and you cannot see the sky and outside as the Supervisor Bill told me from looking at picture. I took the same picture but you cannot see the tarf but only see white in the area covered.. I needed rodent services while having my roof replacement and sheet rock work done...
