Terminix

A man came and “inspected our garage and home” for termites and I say it like that bc I would not say he did a good job. We had 3 quotes and both other companies confirmed the spots in our garage are from PAST infestations and were not active and that we DO NOT have termites. While terminix was ready to charge us $1800 over a span of 12 months and said we had them after showing him the spots in question. Customer service was awful and employee was not informative or thorough; the other companies

My wife and I have always used Terminix on our homes; however, we are not likely to do so moving forward. We maintained service at our home in Canebrake for 3 years. However, we cancelled service before we closed on the sale of the home. The sale of the home closed in May. To our surprise, we received a bill from Terminix for services after the sale of the home despite cancelling services. Terminix customer service is terrible. There is no easy way to talk directly to someone locally to resolve

I knew nothing of my inspection until it was all over. I do not think it appropriate for a business to just show up walk around inspecting my house and me not know a thing about it. I am just glad I didn't let my dogs out at the time my house was being inspected, or look out and see a stranger walking around my house and call the police. In the future I would like to know when Terminix is coming to my house so I can be sure to keep my dogs inside. I would hate to call the police on Terminix b
