Prompt, friendly, and reasonable! Michael responded to my inquiry about termite extermination within minutes on a Sunday and was at my house first thing Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and relieved me of my concerns without trying to upsell me on anything. Ms. Gina gave me a call to schedule the treatment and was the sweetest. These folks are who you need.

I am so glad we called Green Leaf. The service tec I didn’t get his name was wonderful, very kind and did an excellent job. Needing pest control call Green Leaf and have an amazing experience as I just did.
Wow! Just wow! Green Leaf was so personable and made my experience go so smoothly. With the stressors of selling a home Green Leaf made sure we did not have to worry about getting our termite inspection on the books! We originally had our scheduled closing and inspection date set but then found out closing was going to be much earlier than expected. I called Green Leaf stressing out as I had called asking to reschedule at last minute. The lady I spoke with was so calm and sweet and got me on the books same day! Inspector was right on schedule. I will forever recommend Green Leaf and I will be a returning customer for my future inspection needs! Thank you Green Leaf!
I wanted to wait a few months before leaving my review. The guy Spencer who came out was very professional and listened to every concern I had. He was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job at targeting all the areas we were concerned about. I would highly recommend Green Leaf (Spencer). He was so sweet and took his time to make sure he had tackled the infestation issue that we had. I will be using them again soon.

We hired them to spray insulation in our attic and they did a great job. They were very professional and honest. They were on time and did the job in a timely manner at a fair price.

They got rid of pests I have been trying forever to get rid of. They are very kind people. They show up right when you need them to. And they do their job very well. They leave no stone unturned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They were scheduled to come last week. No Call, No Show! They arrived today out of the blue and coincidentally I was home. The younger guy half-sprayed the inside of our home while the other guy (on crutches) micromanaged from the truck. The younger guy also left a can of chemicals on our kitchen table and asked me to retrieve it because he didn’t want to track mud after he sprayed the exterior of the home.(Our children eat from this table.) I called in to complain and the “mother of the company” had a disgusting attitude. She continuously interrupted me while I presented my complaint (very unprofessional.) If I could give them zero stars I would. Definitely not worth the $101.65 they charged or the headache. We will never use their services again!!

We are sorry for your experience, but this is not factual. The scheduling that was scheduled last week was discussed with the homeowner. The homeowner then rescheduled for today which was discussed (available screenshots with confirmation of the scheduling) and confirmed. The man on crutches was the owner of the business which values his customers so much that he supervises his workers on every appointment. Our technician tending to your inside pest needs proceeds to walk out of your home to tend to your outdoor pest needs. While servicing the outside the technician was covered in what appeared to be sewage and forgot the canned spray on the counter and asked the son of the homeowner to please bring the can to him to avoid tracking sewage into their home. The secretary of the company was cussed at and berated about the cost of the service which was already agreed upon by the homeowner. (Screenshots available for confirmation). I just moved into my first home and needed help with the overrun of spiders around the house. I contacted Michael and his team and they told me a price and they very slow to respond it took a week to schedule an appointment. They came once and then never came back after I scheduled monthly appointments. Michael’s mother then proceeded to contact me 3 months later telling me I have a balance on my account but they never set up monthly payments so that’s why they never came back. I did pay the payment for monthly when they came to my house though. Mhhhhh. Scammers! Beware! Very unprofessional.

This business was prompt, & Michael was friendly & professional. I felt I was in good hands when Michael came to do the treatment. He was very informative, & so far, progress has been made. I feel certain the bed bug problem will be gone in no time!

These people were recommended by a friend so I gave them a try. Their price was better than the other company I was considering. Satisfactory service.
