I contacted Michael and his team and they told me a price and they very slow to respond it took a week to schedule an appointment. They came once and then never came back after I scheduled monthly appointments. He was very prompt to evaluate the situation, respected my privacy, answered all of my questions, educated me along the way, and went above and beyond the initial problem.
