Adam's Pest Control

Matt has been serving our lawn now for a few years. We were not satisfied with our previous service, and were looking for good service as well as a better looking lawn. We got both with Adam’s and Matt’s great service.

The technician David Larsen was very polite,knowledgeable,and you could tell he enjoyed his job. He found the intrusion and explained every thing very well.He is a true all star and you are fortunate to have him on your Nisswa Team,thanks for the great service!!

Year after year they don’t show up for contracted services then they make excuses ranging from we don’t have enough equipment to we don’t have enough technicians. Here’s a thought, if you can provide the service don’t sell it. This has happened too many summers in a row to believe them when they say this is a small problem them are fixing. The problem has been years long. If you live in Northern MN or have a cabin up north search for any company other than this one. I definit will be.

I have used Adam's Pest Control for years of spider control and mouse traps, but today's technician Anthony Beckensten was absolutely the best! He altered his schedule to adapt to ours. He was prompt, curious, called when he was on his way, and was by far the most thorough with the spider spray. He listened intently when I explained about some previous tough areas, he brushed off areas before adding spray, and thoroughly covered our home and garage, under eaves, decks, and vaulted, rough-hewn porch roofs, etc. I used to rent a cherry picker and high pressure sprayer to get sticky spider webs off of our rough hewn cedar siding, which took hours of wet, windy work. No more!! We used to get a ton of webs, especially on the North side, but don't any longer. Anthony, I can't thank you enough!!

I am impressed with the customer service at Adam’s Pest Control. Anytime I call, I get a friendly, responsive employee. As snow birds, we rely on companies that do what they say they will in our absence Our recent technician, Elijah, is very detailed about what he has done to protect our home from pests. I find his reports to be reassuring and helpful. Adam’s is not cheap but you do get professional, high quality, service.

After canceling service I was glad I did. The amounts used & the time spent on the property were way off on the invoice.

I scheduled an appointment and Technician Elijah Schwarz showed up on time. He was able to answer all my questions. He was very professional and took his time to do things right. A+
