I HIGHLY recommend Abra Kadabra - don't bother contacting anyone else if you are withing their service area. They are very professional and very good at what they do, especially taking care of squirrels. Our quarterly pest control service has been outstanding. 'm proud to support such a competent local service.

The staff at Abra Kadabra were prompt, courteous, and did fantastic job!. Areas on the house that required metal sheeting matched perfectly with the color of the siding. I definitely recommend hiring them.

Thanks to the great service- and positive attitudes of all of the team at Abra- but especially Cody and Robert. They got us thru our attic squirrel issue. They are tricky critters but the Abra team stuck with it. FIVE Stars not just for getting it done, but for having friendly, happy, customer-is-always-right attitudes, even when we were a little strung-out. Happy Spring!

Moved into a new home where previous owners hadn’t disclosed damage from squirrels tearing apart the flashing. These guys were very thorough, very professional, made much needed repairs, got rid of the squirrel problem, and proofed the house. Legitimately would highly recommend their work.

Amazing company! We had a mice issue that we were struggling to resolve. The mice ate through our dishwasher hoses and wires. We signed up for this program and the mice have disappeared (sorry if they are now staying at your place)! The constant text communication was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced for what was done! What they did and used to remove bats I could have done myself. No guarantee either.

Used them once. They now spam me with unwanted calls trying to sell their services. Questionable business practices, avoid!

I called because I thought I had mice in my attic; only a crawl space with insulation. Guy comes out and says I have mice and puts out 3 traps and bills me $250. Whatever it takes  because I could catch any mice for the last few weeks. A week later different employee comes out and says I have bats. He took a picture of one in the attic, pointed out the entry points and said the poop is bigger than mice; I didn't know. And was billed another $200ish. Get a quote to replace attic insulation and bat proofing the house so they don't get back in. I ask about a price discount if paid in cash and he says 5% off. Great, let's get started. I call office to schedule and they don't do cash discounts. I ask about a deposit and they say 50%, makes sense. But then they say bats are federally protected and they may not get to them until October. Then I ask if I would get my deposit back and they say I would get half deposit back even though the work isn't completed. Seemed like one lie after another. Got a monthly $53 bill for pest control that doesn't even cover bats and canceled that with an additional $110 termination fee. Out nearly $600 and still have bats and 3 mouse traps to show for it. The only thing I was happy about was the 2nd inspection that was done. Very detailed info and great pictures. Have another company coming that quoted lower price with year warranty and can start and finish the job within a week.

I called the company twice, specifically to verify proposed price and cost and if their was any scenario where cost would change. Both the technician that did the initial Inspection and the person in charge of billing both acknowledged that my proposed price would be a certain amount, and that amount wouldn’t change, 1/2 was payable before work could begin, and the second half payable when work done. After the first portion of the work was done, the technician had left a piece of siding with adhesive on it on an outdoor piece of furniture, which I sat on and obtained a burn from the adhesive on my leg and a ruined pair of shorts. I notified company, they suggested I wash shorts and outdoor chair cushion in cold water and pick the adhesive off. The adhesive did not come off the shorts. It took about three days for burn to heal. Yet, accidents happen, and my interactions with the technician were always decent, so while I did let company know of the misfortune, I didn’t make it a big deal of it. First half of payment was charged prior to work beginning, and a few hours later a second charge was put on my card, without my permission. I phoned the company and they took the second charge off. The second payment was charged almost two weeks BEFORE the job was finished, and in the end costed 5% MORE than amount verified by both people at company told me it would be, interestingly enough, it was the EXACT amount they had previously taken off. No more work was done than proposed and despite multiple phone calls made to resolve this with the company, it was pretty much a tough luck sucker response. I would not recommend this company for the stated reasons. I view them as untruthful and deceitful. I was charged 5% more than they promised, suffered a burn and ruined a pair of shorts with this company.

Came out to treat twice and both times had to call to have someone come back out as the problem was not taken care of. Follow up was good, but still having to check for bees after them being treated is not worth the money as i can do this myself.
