I assume he did it but ring doorbell seen him come to door and leave but never picked him up doing it when doing front yard. It always videos me mowing but only gets you guys once in awhile. Not sure why. But thanks for doing it .

First year with Spring Green and I'm on my second application. The lawn has really greened up, thick, lush and the bare spots are growing in without the weeds taking over. I'm really impressed. I spoke with Eric at the second application and he asked how everything was going and offered to apply the weed killer on 2 flower beds that were now weed beds. I really appreciated it. I'd highly recommend Spring Green for your lawn care needs. UPDATE: My second year with Spring Green Zumbrota started horribly. I called the office direct to tell them I installed a fence and got a dog. I needed a call or text before the tech comes to make sure my dog is in. The tech shows up no notice. The dog was out in the backyard, I was home. He never rang the doorbell. I chased him down as he was leaving. He checked hie iPad and said there were no notes in my account!! He then applied granular product with no forecasted rain for 4 days. Not a very dog friendly company. I asked for a refund. Talked to Peggy in the office that day. She said she'd cut the check. I asked for a refund to the card I paid on. She said her system couldn't do that?? What?? It's been close to 2 weeks and no check. I called today and she said she knew nothing about a refund!! She didn't care, was rude, no apology. I just talked to the operations manager and he was rude, obnoxious and when I asked for the check to be cut and in my hands by next Friday, he said he couldn't promise cause TRUMP''s handling of the postal service!! Yeah he blamed Trump!! Poor customer service till you get angry and loud and force their hand.

Lisa (reviewer below) and I are in the same boat. We’ve spent over $1,500 with Spring Green over the last several years and our lawn has never looked worse. It’s thin, has bare spots and is discolored in places. There are different types of weeds growing throughout the lawn. The kids they hire and barely train spread toxic pellets all over my kids’ sandbox, swings and our patio. They don’t care. I’ve called and emailed and tried to speak with someone but nothing. I say skip it entirely or find a better company.

I’m very disappointed in the service we received this year. I’m not even sure why they didn’t provide the service we signed up for…….? We had the first application fine, in the early spring. Then we failed to have them come out as scheduled. Weeds are horrible in our yard. We have thistles, burdock, even bindweed growing. They came out a few weeks ago to give a survey of our yard and the guy apologized for all the weeds. I told him I don’t think anyone has been out since May. He did spray some of the weeds that day, which I appreciate. Last Wednesday we received a message that on Friday they would put the fall fertilizer on our yard. It’s the ONLY fertilizer we have had this year I think. However, they never showed up on Friday. When I called at the end of the day to inquire why, they said they didn’t have permission. What? I signed up to have you service our lawn all summer, I thought consent was implied. You sent an email on Wednesday telling me if it DOESNT work to have the lawn serviced on Friday to Call the office. We didn’t call, it worked great for us. But no one came. Our lawn is awful- full of weeds and it needs fertilizer. I guess we cancel and go with someone who will show up. Poor service. For what we paid, I expected much better. 🙁. Our lawn has never looked worse.

Two years ago I heard them in July they did OK job, then the next season he shows up on the first application sticks a bill on my door and leaves without doing an application.

I never had such horrible customer service. Crab grass sprouted everywhere after Spring Green “assisted” with my lawn. I never had this issue until they came to my house, and sprayed for it last summer and since then I’ve had trouble with it sprouting up everywhere on my lawn. When I contacted them, they told me that someone would be in contact right away. I understand summer is their busy time of year, however 2 weeks went by and I needed to remind them about my lawn. I spoke with the manager and he said he will to see what he can do. Later that day I received an EMAIL from the office manager (not even the same person I spoke with on the the phone) stating they’re not able to do anything about it. The lack of professionalism and the treatment of customers will make me never recommend this company. They wrecked my lawn, they didn’t offer to repair it, they took a substantial amount of time to even contact me back, and the outcome was about as bad as it could get. Save your time with these guys and do it your or use Tru Green.

Would not recommend them. I paid for 5 treatments and as of Oct 9 I have only had three but I have been charged for 4 ( Does lawn evaluation count as a treatment?). Note said not much lawn. Also they sprayed and killed my raspberry bushes but not my weeds. Told them I had weed type grass and they said well we don't spray for grasses just weeds. Not very friendly either. I could do a better job on my own. Gonna go back to my former company next year. Contacting BBB too.

Unfortunately I need to give this company a poor rating. We have had 1 treatment this year and lawn aeration. When they came out for the lawn aeration the technician left somewhat of a rude note indicating he would appreciate it if we fixed our fence gate. Today they came out for the second treatment of the year and when they came, our dog was outside and no one answered the door. Completely our fault and I wouldn't expect them to treat the lawn. Again, a somewhat rude note left by the person who stopped by. When I called to reschedule, the person who answered the phone was also very rude. I asked if she knew when they would be able to come back, and she just said she couldn't tell me and they take it one day at a time. I wasn't looking for an exact day, just wondering if it meant a day, a week, or that they wouldn't be able to come for a month. I have canceled my service and moved on.
