Jason at Pest Solutions went above and beyond for our yellow jacket ground infestation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them for all of our pest control needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, through, and kind. I was highly nervous (about our dog and kids, the yellow jackets and the treatment, the entire thing, it made me a nervous wreck. So seeing that, Jason walked me through, step by step, how everything worked, more than once, until I was comfortable. The icing on the cake, he offered to come out again after 4 days to check the nest, so I would not have to, free of charge(we still paid the man for his time, but it’s the fact that he offered that was so impressive.) Which he followed through on, and now we’re happily yellow jacket free, and our dog and kiddos have their backyard back :) Would give 10 stars if possible.
Very knowledgeable of the pest they deal with. Very dedicated in removing the pest completely from your home! This company saved me from burning my house down because of a huge bald face hornets nest! Highly recommend!
Jason was phenomenal. They were able to be on-site within 24 hours and did a thorough inspection of a rodent issue. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and the price was A) 1/3rd of Orkin, and B) did not come with a sales pitch for additional services / subscriptions. 10/10 would recommend this company and Jason in particular.
