I phoned this company inquiring about their lawn services today My friend had phoned me earlier to explain how very impressed he was, speaking to a young lady AUSTIN answered and answered every question I had, very thoroughly He pulled up my yard on Google and was able to calculate the size of my lot exactly, and therefore quote me a price on the phone I was ecstatic about their fees‼️And the dear man gave me $75.00 off the first application ‼️I asked him to hold… and ran to get my credit card‼️‼️Because I paid in full for the season, I got 5% off of the price 😳 Austin could not have been any more of a gentleman‼️‼️I learned so much about WHY and HOW this incredible company is going to make my lawn happier I told AUSTIN “ I wish my doctors were as thorough as YOU “‼️‼️ Thank you Austin 👏👏

Had this company for a year. Top lawn for 3 years. I've never had a lawn care company so bad as this one.!! Tore up my grass, burnt up some areas from over fertilizing, and had a fertilizing session that did nothing.!!! Grass never got any greener after application. These people in my assessment are shady.!!!. Never again.!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.!!!

Apparently Back to Nature Lawn care is also the same company...So I will leave a review on them. Hey check out what the technician wrote regarding my lawn 3 weeks ago and after you read it....look at what my grass looks like...lol. From the technician---- "Today I applied a fertilizer to help the lawn recover from summer stress and provide good growth throughout the fall. Unless your lawn was overseeded we may have blanket sprayed or spot treated for actively growing broadleaf weeds. As your Experigreen representative, I take great pride in the care of your lawn. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me right away. Technician's Note: Today I applied fertilizer along with weed control to your front, back, or your entire yard. It may take a week or 2 to let the weed control go through the process of eliminating any weeds. If you feel I did a good job please leave a review as it would help me stand out in the company I work for. Thank you and have a blessed day." I also reached out via email customer service and showed them pictures and all is what they told me to contact the retention department to cancel my account. Not even..."holy cow" your lawn looks bad. lol ---This was my original email to them... I used your service because I was expecting something and didn't get the results. You can take me off your service list for next year because I believe I have the ugliest lawn on my street. Too many weeds, brown spots etc.... If I have any more service applications left for this year...you can cancel it because it will not do anything for my lawn. Thank you for your service. Btw: I paid a one-time fee for the year, not per application and the person that responded to me didn't even bother looking up my account. or giving me a name. Why would you call yourself customer service then? Pretty bad isn't it? I literally have the worst lawn on my street.

We were with Top Lawn for over 20 years before it was bought out by Experigreen, and unfortunately this year has been nothing but a struggle. The technicians have caused repeated issues with our lawn, including tearing it up with their machines, over-fertilizing in spots which left stripes and streaks in the backyard, and cutting corners on weed control. We have had to contact the company multiple times—at least four separate occasions this season alone—to have them come back and fix mistakes that should not have happened in the first place. After taking great pride in our lawn for years, this has been the worst service we’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend Experigreen for lawn care services and, after more than 20 years of loyalty, we will be moving to another company.

I've been using this company for several years and they went down here. This year they put grub treatment the first week of may? Then they came out and fertilize my lawn three times in a 6 week. Causing Brown stripes. When I call to complain they send someone out to take a couple of pieces of grass and they said I have sod worm infestation and it cost $80 to treat the problem they caused by over fertilizing. The stripes in my lawn tells me they over fertilized.

RUN FAR, FAR AWAY. If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with this business has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very first treatment in May, it’s been one issue after another—ranging from gross negligence to total customer service failure. During the initial visit, the technician carelessly sprayed herbicide all over our perennial beds and ground cover—plants that were clearly beyond a retaining wall and should never have been touched. The result? Most of our established landscaping is now either dead or severely damaged. I called right away to report the damage. No response. Even after that, during the second treatment, they returned and sprayed the exact same areas again. I called two more times, was told a manager would come out to assess the damage, and that we’d receive advance notice. Instead, a manager named Chris showed up completely unannounced while I was outside with my toddler and two dogs. His explanation? He was “in the area.” He let himself into our backyard—without permission—until my dogs began barking and alerted me. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our privacy was appalling. Chris walked the property and acknowledged that many of the plants were in very poor condition. He said he’d follow up with his supervisor and get back to us. Weeks passed—nothing. After multiple follow-ups on my end, I was told they’d been calling my husband’s number—which they had entered incorrectly. And despite both our numbers being listed on the account, they never once tried calling mine. When I insisted someone call us that day, Chris did finally call my husband’s (corrected) number. His solution? Replace two plants. Out of dozens. And he’d need to come out again because he didn’t take enough photos the first time. Chris came by again last week, and the only follow-up was a note in our account stating the plants looked even worse than before. No phone call. No explanation. No accountability. And to top it all off, the weed control itself doesn’t even work. We have weeds and crabgrass popping up everywhere. Our yard looks worse than it did before we hired them. Chris’s tone throughout this process has been dismissive and condescending. After the first walkthrough, he told us the plants “should come back,” as if we couldn’t recognize that they were fully dead. The implication that we didn’t understand the extent of the damage was deeply insulting. To summarize: They destroyed our landscaping. They ignored every attempt to address the issue. Their technician returned and made it worse. Their manager showed up unannounced “because he was in the area.” They offered to replace only two plants. Their weed control is ineffective. And they still haven’t properly followed up. This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and competence. We’re demanding a full refund immediately. The only thing they’ve managed to treat thoroughly is our patience. Do yourself a favor—avoid this company at all costs. See attached photos (out of the dozens we took).

Absolutely the worst business that I have worked with. After 2 years of them servicing my lawn it is covered with crab grass. After 3 calls and rude responses from the receptionist they finally sent someone out last week. However what ever treatment they did made zero difference. So I guess they expect me to pay $500 a season only to have my lawn look worse than when I did it!! My friend who referred me is experiencing the same level of service. Do not sign up with these clowns. They only care about charging your credit card and not actually servicing your lawn. The pictures are 1 week after crab grass treatment!! Doesn’t look like the service worked!!

This feedback has nothing to do with Michael’s service; it’s about the product used. The insect repellent that was used damaged my bushes, plants and flowers. Leaves dried up and fell off of my bushes by the afternoon of the same day the repellent was applied, my hostas turned yellow as did leaves on some of my flowers. I cannot tell you how upsetting and distressing this is. I had asked prior to the application if the repellent would damage any of my foliage and was told no, it would not. I was unable to call the office today to discuss, but I will tomorrow to follow up. Again, this is not a complaint about Michael’s service. It’s about the product applied and the damage it did to my landscaping. Not good! I am also having major problems with my lawn. It started out with one problem area which looks burnt but now it has spread throughout the lawn after applications. In addition, the lawn has more weeds and crabgrass than it ever did.

I have multiple areas of weeds growing around the edges of my lawn for the past 2 months. Notified them a month ago but no sign of the weeds dying. I will not be renewing with this company, very unsatisfied. We’ve had lawn service for 10 years & this is the 1st time I’ve had this many weeds.

Be aware on who you hire to fertilize your lawn!!! Unfortunately for me, I assumed I was hiring a reputable company and this is what i got from ExperiGreen Lawn Care. This is a response to the owner: I did try resolving this issue with your manager Chris, but he only offered to reseed my lawn which I do not think is right since I spent a small fortune to sod and landscape my home in 2023 when I completed the construction. My attorney has sent out correspondence pertaining to this issue.

Not happy with this company at all. They went just shy of 8 weeks in between treatments which allowed Crabgrass to grow rampant in my yard. I called at at 4 weeks and was told that treatment was done every 4-6 weeks. I called back during the 7th week and was told that is unusual and they would send someone out. They finally sent someone out close to 8 weeks since the last treatment. It down poured 5 minutes after the technician left. I called to ask if this was ok and they stated that their product can be rained on immediately after being applied due to their "special technology". This is obviously not true. I will never use this company again and would like a refund for what I paid them. Edit: They claimed via email that a member of management would reach out to me, but a week later and no one has contacted me. Meanwhile, I have a lawn riddled with crabgrass.
