The Maple Lane team is excellent!!!! I first spoke with Kathy who worked hard to get me an immediate appointment and was very professional. She sent Michael to my house who patiently waited for me to meet him. Michael was not only thorough and professional, but he also took a lot of time explaining to me my problem and how to treat it. Michael is extremely honest and reliable. It was a pleasure working with Kathy and Michael; and, while I hope to never need this type of service again, I would ABSOLUTELY want to work with them, if I did need pest control.

Called and emailed multiple times over the period of a week for initial service and never heard back.

Called and asked if they serviced my neighborhood, they said yes and they would call me back. Waited two days, got the call back then they refused to service me because I am in Detroit. Incredibly bad service.

The man spraying is very professional. The lady answering the phone was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company because of the lady I spoke to.

Service (rodent) was performed prior to us moving into our house. They found "no activity of mice" .....yet we moved into dropping on all levels of our home. Total joke. Guess we will call a REAL pest control company.

Used to be my pest control company. Until they could not keep an appointment and offered no resolution besides waiting an inordinate amount of time until another appointment opened up. I was told this is a large operation. Why run it like you have one person working for you?Unprofessional.

This morning, one of the Maple Lane Pest workers accused me of cutting him off on the road and flipped me off so i flipped him off back... He then pulled up next to me and literally flipped out, swearing, harassing me and making me feel threatened. He then persued my car for over 2 miles, every time i switch lanes, he would also.... i felt very threatened and didnt know what to do. If this shows ANYTHING about this company and who they hire is shocking. Scary, probably ex-cons who threaten, follow and attack the public...... and the most shocking part was, that he was in his uniform! and his work truck! Absolutley pathetic and I encourage everyone never to hire this company for anysort of pest control. Their workers are volitile and threatening. I wouldnt ever let one of them in my house or one of my families.
