Didn't even check the areas that were rat infested. Idk how they have 4.5 stars bc the nimrods said it was mice...then changed their mind saying its rats then charged for changing the traps. After THEY made the mistake.🤦‍♀️🙄

Doug is very knowledgeable in all things pests. He is very caring and he did a very thorough job with his spray!

I first went to Warren office both Joe and the lady at the front were extremely helpful with extensive information. I requested a home inspection and Joe came out same day within 2 hours. Home visit very detailed with a lot of explanations and provided instructions on use of some supplies to assist to keep home rid of any insects. I would definitely refer this company and Joe to others. Excellent service. All this transpired on 4/5/2023. Rating 10 out of 10

Joe was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. He was very thorough during the inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions.

When I called Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my gnat problem. She told me to come in and get drain gel. Also, there was a sweet young girl, Erin that was very helpful with explaining how to use it when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend this family owned business, and will use them again if I need them.

Came to my house and provided service and mentioned that he would come back after 3 weeks if we still have a flea problem. I called the office to schedule the expert to come back and the office just ignored my question and told me to do other things.

Not good. Three weeks later, we still have fleas!

Had carpenter ants. Service was done within two days. Thorough, professional and efficient. Very pleased with response and speed in dealing with the problem.
