Benja and Rose Pest solutions were amazing in regards to follow through and following up during a nightmare of a process of old terminated tenants leaving my home with bedbugs! It did take a couple rounds, but the thing I appreciated most is the rapid response time and quick action supporting me and my townhome.

Even though I scheduled and paid for a full inspection of my home Greg thought it was not necessary to inspect my attic. Well I went into my attic and there was evidence of past damage. When I called back to report I was told that part of the inspection included the attic and that a supervisor would call me later that day or the next... no one has called.

Called to get a estimate on a urgent situation was told someone would call me back to set an appointment up it's now day 3 and still haven't gotten a call back, we went with orkin.

Do not use this company! Rose Pest Solutions came to my house to spray for ants and hornets in the spring of 2022. I live in Traverse City, Michigan. At the time, they said if the pests came back, they would come back out and re-spray at no charge. Well, the pests are back. I called Rose Pest Solutions on Monday to explain the situation, and at the time, they again said no charge to come out and re-spray. They would let me know when they'd be out. I didn't hear anything from them, so called again on Thursday to see when they'd be out. The woman I spoke with said they'd get me on the schedule, then proceeded to send me a contract with a charge of $275. Um, no, that's not what you previously told me - twice. I chatted with their main office that same day, and they forwarded my note to the Traverse City office. She called me back today and it was like she'd never talked to me before - I had to explain the whole situation again, and she again said no to re-spraying. Honestly, I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I know things happen, but to tell me something - twice - and then backtrack on it ... just poor customer service and I don't want anyone else dealing with it either. Even if they'd said something like, "Well, that's not our policy, but we'll do it for you this time," that might have been enough to keep me as a customer. But that's not happening, so I will be moving on to another pest control company. So my recommendation? Don't use Rose Pest Solutions - they will burn you and not look back.

Rose failed to do the job: kill the hornets in a nest under my second-story deck. The employee was professional, seemed to know his business. But 3 days later, the bulk of them were still alive. Money wasted; I had find another way to get rid of them

Not dependable, unprofessional, & does not value or respect their customers. I scheduled services a month in advance and on the day of my scheduled appointment, Collier’s no-showed with zero communication. I attempted to call, left voicemails, and also emailed but have been ignored. 48 hours later and no response. I will caution all my neighbors, co-workers and friends to avoid this unpredictable, flaky company. UPDATE: it’s now 3 months later. I was NEVER contacted. But Collier’s showed up today out of the blue!!! I had told them months ago that I moved on to do business with Northshore (they’re awesome). Northshore just did my 3rd spray 2 days ago. Had I not been home, Colliers would have sprayed and tried sticking me with a bill. Super unprofessional!!

Person who answers the phone is grossly incompetent and can't follow basic instructions. Then, after she messes everything up by ignoring your request, you will still get a bill without them admitting they did anything wrong. Seems like a business that was established by a previous generation and is now being run into the ground. Use someone else if you can or get them to confirm your instructions via email prior to them coming out.

Horrible service. Called to rid of bugs in my commercial basement. They didn’t remove all the bugs, 20% were still alive, and after 2 days the basement was filled with new bugs after I had to clean the rest. After I call them back to tell them this no one answers or responds to voicemails. Overall 0/5 stars could’ve just thrown my money down the drain would’ve been in the same spot

Didn't experience this place at all, and some old man yelled at me for parking ON THE STREET. It wasn't marked for his business or anything just a spot on the street, I will never be calling this place for any pest issues at my house EVER.

We called after seeing some evidence of ants. I expected a more targeted approach but the approach was simply to douse everything, including the entire side of the house where we could watch all the insecticide rain down on our vegetable garden. Nice. I would have expected the guy doing the application to stop and think, "Hey, maybe these guys don't want their garden doused in poison. Maybe I'll ask." The person I spoke to in the office was fairly dismissive of the complaint. No more of my business to Colliers.
