Completely disappointed with Orkin. Was told they would be out same day then no one showed. Kept getting emails saying they wanted to schedule an appointment when I had already rescheduled. After initial consultation was called the next day and was told they had no record of my previous days service. After more than a week I have yet to get a bill and yet I have gotten multiple request via email to sign a contract and I refuse as they are trying to sell me a package when all I asked for was

Wouldn't even give 1 star if I didnt have to. First time they showed up guy didnt inspect nothing at all just sprayed and that was it. Then the second appointment that I had 2 months later between 2 and 4 they message at 4:10 said they were on there way then 3 minutes later sent a text saying due to unforseen circumstances they weren't going to make it and I needed to reschedule. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but this situation has been frustrating since day 1. They came out within a few days of me calling thankfully but then proceeded to spray the outside of my house in the pouring rain. So I called and they set up an appointment for someone to come back out to spray again for free 2 weeks later.
