We had to have a VA Pest Home Inspection for Termite damage done and I can say that this experience was the best experience I've ever had with a pest inspection. Very professional prompt response. It didn't take weeks or months. Literally the same day John was able to inspect our basement and give the all clear. Even payment and receipt was super easy/seamless. John immediately got the report to us. Didn't try up selling pest control or treatment programs. Didn't "find something" that wasn't there the way some of these other businesses operate. And the price is extremely reasonable! I'm so very thankful at how professional John is and this company deserves all the kudos for being legit and headache free. No unnecessary added stress. Just done and over with and we can breathe and move forward with this loan process. Again super easy. Very prompt. HIGHLY recommend.
