I highly recommend GreenxLawn..I had a concern with the winter snow and they came right out to analyze the grass and its all good...also I have them do the fertilizing the grass for summer and it looks real good and if I have any concerns they are right here seeing to make it better..Good Company.

We have used Green X for several years now and have been extremely satisifed with their work.. We get a detailed report of our grass condition after every application and get information of products that we can apply if needed.

My lawn is 13 years old and I noticed it began to thin around year 7. I had been applying fertilizer myself and have to admit, I missed more than a few applications. I decided to hire a professional and hired a familiar name service. After two seasons with no noticeable improvement I switched to another service. After another two seasons with little to no improvement, I hired GreenX. I just completed my second season and I can objectively write that my lawn is finally recovering. My technician Stacey identifies and treats areas in need of additional attention and always available for a consultation. I believe the GreenX products are more effective than my prior services and overall, clearly better than I could do on my own.

I will never recommend GreenX. They come to your house and tell you one thing but do another. The salesman that came to our house told us we were signing a year contract. Called today their company told us it was 18 months. The salesman also told us they only charge us when they come spray they have charged my card every month even when they don’t come spray. I will not be renewing my contract when it is up! Bunch of liers and fakes! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

In the beginning they were great, then we got dropped and forgotten with 6 mole traps left in our yard. When I called about it I got passed around to five different people, then to be informed that our contract had expired. Pretty poor business practice to not follow through.

There scheduling department, doesn't know how to schedule. My appointment was for Mon, they shifted my appointment to Tuesday, then no confirmation as to time. When I called to cancel they stated someone would calk in an hour. Still no scheduled time. I have a yellow jacket hive in my exterior direct vent fireplace wall, I am allergic to yellow jackets and a 4 month old baby. Some yellow jackets are coming in through the fireplace. Not impressed with this company as of yet.

It’s terrible and unprofessional they showed up at my house all times of day as if I didn’t schedule a time basically they did what they wanted to do then they charged 1000 dollars for things I could have did myself and I asked them before i brought the service what could they do all they did was lay down traps then the lady that came took the traps on the outside when I left then when I called and asked why wasn’t I notified about them taking the equipment back nobody could give me a answer. Never again I felt like they were being racist

Our lawn always looks like someone was doing donuts with an atv after they come to do a treatment, we’ve never had this issue with the other lawn services we’ve tried. We meant to cancel before this year but were auto renewed and already had an application so we figured we’d just let them finish up this season. Would not recommend.

I use this company last year bc I have mole in my garden they promised to take care of it and they charged money for 4 weeks they came and they didn’t solve my problem at all and when I called them again to tell them the mole aren’t gone they want to charge a full charge again for the inspection and like how they started from the beginning they just want to keep charging you with no result

Beware of the items that they provide for free and then write in as a renewal. Customer service was beyond rude, continuously arguing with me because I didn't "read" their emails thoroughly. Said I didn't appreciate their "family owned" services and that she will cancel my account. Will never recommend them, ever!

I apologize that you were displeased by the way our manager handled your call today. I assure you that her intent was not to upset you in any way. She really is a sweet girl and takes to heart her part in our family owned and operated business. I am happy that she agreed to credit the charges for the grub prevention for you, despite all of the attempts to communicate that there would be a charge for that service this year. This year has been extremely difficult on our company, our customers and our employees and we try very hard to provide the best possible service to our customers.<br><br>Please be advised that it is fairly common in our industry to receive an introductory offer for the first year of service. However, many of our competitors do not communicate to the extent we do to inform their customers of that. In fact many times, they charge their customers full price rather than discounting the service, as we do. You may also find that other companies will refuse to credit the service and will even send their customers to collections for those services.<br><br>We make every effort to communicate the best we can by notifying our customers of their scheduled service with 2 confirmation letters by mail, 2 emails, the ability to view their scheduled services online when making payments, and by calling the day prior to service, all of which we provided to you. All of these efforts cost a lot of money and energy. And still in the end, we are willing to work with our customers by crediting the service as an end result in an effort to make the customer happy. I'm sure you can appreciate that it can be frustrating, at times when our customers neglect all of those efforts we put forth.<br><br>Again, I apologize for the bad feelings that you received from the phone call. I hope you will reconsider posting negative reviews after considering the efforts we go through to try to be transparent and communicative, and in the end, refunding the service.<br><br>If you would like to discuss this further, I would be happy to chat with you over the phone.
Really believe they destroyed my grass. They claim to use organic fertilizer and then my grass starts to die after they did an application. They claim my grass has some kind of disease, but my grass was beautiful before starting to use them - I have pictures before and after. Now I will have to invest in new grass. If I could prove it other than timing, I would file a lawsuit.

Hello Kevin, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the service. I assure you that we use the highest quality of products and that our fertilizer is in fact organic-based. If you are currently watering properly, your lawn will recover from the ascochyta leaf blight (a disease that is brought on by drought stress) that was present in your lawn when the owner paid a visit on 7/23 after receiving your call on 7/22 (33 days after the last application). The owner also mentioned that there was a slight presence of bill bug activity. Unfortunately, you cancelled your service prior to receiving our free grub prevention that also includes a surface feeding insect control which would have nipped the bill bug problem in the bud at not cost to you. It is important to remember that the lawn is living matter that requires water to survive and is susceptible to insects and diseases just as any other living thing is. Please accept our professional advice of watering and at this time we would recommend applying an insecticide to the lawn to prevent the bill bug damage from expanding. There is no need to replace the lawn, you may just need to seed any area that is damaged due to the insect infestation. We are happy to provide any recommendations to you whether we service your lawn or not. Best wishes.
This company is worse than the pest they control. They provided no service and continue to hunt me trying to get paid for not sure what, they can not explain it but want to collect, with phone scam techniques. My next step will be to report them to the to the better beaureu business, what a nightmare!
