Unless you love to gamble, I highly suggest choosing a company that guarantees that they will remove an animal from your home. We just threw $400 down the drain. This company did not catch the raccoon in our attic. They only trap for 3 days and then change an additional $88 per day. This is just not affordable considering it's winter and who knows how long it will take to catch the animal when it is going in and out of torpor. They baited with marshmallows and the raccoon stole them right out of the attic trap on the second day. On the first day, one of the traps was placed in a really high traffic area where a cat hangs out, not a probable spot for the raccoon. Basically, if I could go back in time, I would have found a company that guaranteed removal or bought my own live traps and found someone who would let me release the raccoon on their property. We still have a raccoon to deal with in addition to a bunch of damage to our roof and now we are out $400. It's disappointing. This company might be great for insect pest removal, they have great reviews for that, but wildlife removal in the winter really didn't work out for us. This was a gamble that we really lost.

Clients are informed that service begins with a 3-day trapping period, with additional days billed separately if needed. <br><br>We regret that this situation did not result in the outcome you hoped for and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
Paid them over $200 to attempt to get the bat out of our basement, they charge hourly, the guy did not find the bat. I will credit the tech that he was polite, but he told me there was just 1 because "if there were more I would've seen at least another one or signs" We knew there was at least one because we saw it on our camera at night flying in the basement. I asked him if he thought this was just one that got in somehow and he said there were no signs of more bats. All of that was a lie, there is bat poop in our attic and crawl space, and we have now seen 2 more bats. We had to pay another company to come out, and we have a colony of bats trying to hibernate in our garage wall insulation, and a few have gotten stuck in our basement. Extremely disappointing service, I would not recommend this company.

Our technician performed a thorough inspection at the time of service, and as discussed prior to dispatch, locating and removing a single bat cannot be guaranteed, as the animal may not be present during the inspection. Exclusion work was also recommended due to openings identified in the home.<br><br>We regret that additional bat activity was discovered afterward and that this was not the outcome you expected. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps us continue to improve.
The inspection left much to be desired. The tech barely got under the deck looking for carpenter ant infestation. She stated she didn't see any ants (there were two mounds of wood debris clearly visible) nor and visible ant holes in the wood. The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes. Certainly NOT worth the $150 inspection charge!

Live in a multiple apartment complex add one of these guys come in here and try to tell us that bed bugs are not spread through walking down the hallway never heard such nonsense in my life don't use these people it's a joke

Called to get a quote about having our property treated. The woman I spoke with “Tammy” proceeded to talk down to me. Laugh at me when I wasn’t ok with her talking down to me and refuse to let me speak to anyone in a position superior to her’s. Called corporate number, got shuffled through 5 people before hearing from a Chase who then proceeded to ignore how the other employee talked to me and then proceeded to talk down to me himself. I will never recommend this company or use them.

Gate was left open when leaving and my dog got out later that afternoon. Gave conflicting information while on site. I’m not overly confident with the service provided.would not recommend at this point.

Our home was done bc of small ants everywhere possible. They went away for about a couple months, then they came back. While the exterminator was here he was telling me that he had just done a house that had carpenter ants really bad. A week later there’s carpenter ants everywhere in my kitchen and laundry room. Never had them before until the second time they came. The small ants are also still here. we keep a very clean home and I’m constantly cleaning or organizing. We told the pest company that they brought carpenter ants in our home because it only makes sense and they refused to come back out when it was because of them! They were here to fix a problem and it caused a worse problem. Deff don’t recommend they are very rude on the phone to. Since you blocked me from responding my landlord did reach out to you guys and you were very rude about it. We are renting this house so yes we do have access to ANY information as we pay rent for this house, so yeah we do have a right to give you guys a review! Keep making yourself look bad no biggie we have another company that came out and they are a lot better :))))

Updating: a few years ago I worked at a business that was located in a city that Rose mosquito sprayed. I called them up have them come on property to spray as well. They wanted to meet in person to see what needed to be done. I told them up come out at a certain time so I could speak to them about what we needed done. When the day came I found out that they came early and spoke to a manager in training who was not aware we called them out and gave them the wrong information about what we needed. The tech used that bad information and refused to service our property stating to fix a non issue. I called a few times and they refused to come out and speak with me or the owner. Solution was not getting anything done and finding how much a pain Rose Pest Solutions is to deal with. I don't work at the business anymore, but Rose Pest Solutions was a solid pain with low customer service.

We found a couple bed bugs right after our son was born. We hired these clowns to come in multiple different times, spending thousands of dollars on heat treatments and spray treatments. The guarantee a 3 month policy on retreating but don’t tell you that doesn’t include the heat treatment being redone after they assured us it did include that. Our son is 7 months old and we’re still dealing with it trying to scrap together enough money to try and take care of it. Thank you guys for taking 2,000 dollars from our family and we still are getting bit. Much appreciated
