I was told he drove around the yard applying chemicals. It's hard to rate due to the delayed effect of the application. I imagine he did a fine job!

Great job on starting the new year of 2026 of taking care of my lawn. Of course the next day would be in the 20’s and chance of snow!!

Had a concern about the service because my yard was so wet and called the office. Actually talked to a human who listened and obviously reported my concerns because I got a call-back from Adam who serviced my yard - an hour later!! He answered all my questions and everything was good! What great customer service!!

Jay was very friendly, answered my questions, today he put down a granular fertilizer. So far im happy.

Although I am often not there when services are performed, I can review camera footage to verify that the work was done properly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Kyler’s attention to detail and efforts for the tasks performed. Keep up the great job!

Reasonable priced and always notified of any changes before they take place. Notification of next service always sent so no question when they are coming.

Carlos is a great employee, very respectful of our property and even moves any dog toys we may have left in the grass onto our patio so they don’t get sprayed.

Matthew knocked on my door before applying the lawn treatment and explained what he was putting in and the reason for it. Talked a little bit any the overall health of the lawn. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Carlos completed his job My lawn was wet and a few bald spots were left in the lawn from possible quick turns. I will reseed them but maybe the workers should slow down on the turns on wet days It was not his fault when it was so wet Vickie HENIGE

First time in a long time I could sit outside and enjoy my backyard without the threat of hornets and wasps, mosquitos, and just bugs in general. I would get the Defender Program every year with Lush Lawn. Amazing!!

Last year was my first year of using Lush Lawn and was using it as a trial run for my new home. The prices seemed pretty high ($166/mo) but figured that might be standard for a yard a little over an acre. It took a couple calls for them to finally get my first spray scheduled, not sure if they would have missed me entirely if I didn't reach out twice or not. My grass looked great all year so props for that. Only complaint is that I had broadleaf spots in my yard throughout the season. My main complaint was sales. The first couple months were great. I would get a little pamphlet on my door with recommendations on what I could do at home to better my lawn. This eventually turned into a sales pitch for further products. The biggest being a full treatment for some type of lawn fungus. The lawn looked great and I couldn't justify the $900 price tag they quoted me. I was called back a few days later saying they could knock $150 off.. which immediately made me think I was paying their premium price on all treatments. This left a bad taste in my mouth and ultimately is why I will be trying a different company this year.

This is my second year using Lush Lawn. I used them last year because I lost the grass in my front yard due to grubs. I needed help fast. This year my grass is back and looking 100 percent better. I do have some patchy areas that hopefully overseeding this fall will help. The only thing I am not happy with is their scheduling this year. I prepaid for services because I was impressed with how timely they were last year. This year my appointments keep getting rescheduled which is frustrating. I don't know if they are short staffed or what the challenge is but I prefer to be able to keep a regular schedule with prepaid services. I do feel that the service they provide though is quality and that it works.

Service person did not show up to service my lawn,,, I signed up for this service in April and now it's late May and not service at all.

Burned my lawn and all of my concerns are answered with excuses. Move on to another company.

This place is awful!! Charged me for a service I didn’t want and instead didn’t charge me for a service I did want. Called me at 7am to come look at a issue. After I told him he’d have to come in a couple hours because I was sleeping do you work hours. He still showed up at my house at 7:10am and rang my doorbell until I got up and answered door. Next time they came to put down weed control they burnt my grass and now say they don’t know what they’ll do to fix it and will be here in 5 business days but then told me a they won’t be here until next Thursday. I called them yesterday (Wednesday). I will never use this company again and just want me money back to hire a real company.

My lawn has never been so lush in such a long time. I have used Lush Lawn two years now and am grateful. I have referred to them to both of my neighbors. Lush Lawn gives me a detailed message of what they think my lawn needs but there is no high pressure sales.

Terrible service. Asked to be notified in advance of appointment time . Never called & wasnt home when lousey job was performed. Did not do the job as promised. Seed & mud left all over sidewalks. No clean up done. Just a hurry up & get out job.

We have Lushawn for 6 or 7 years. In the beginning they were great. The last 3 years we have had issues with weeds. When we call for a service call it takes over a week to get someone to come out. When they finally make it out, the tech spends less than 5 minutes on our 1.5 acre yard and the weeds don't die. We are on our 3 service call from our last application! This will be our last year with Lush Lawn!
