Paid for the grub control just to have my lawn torn up by animals digging up grubs in my lawn. Told them until they refund the grub control or fix the lawn our business with them is done. None of that has been addressed but they came out today for more service. Said it was already scheduled when we last called. How they do their scheduling- not my problem. We said to discontinue our service and they should not have come out again without addressing the grub problem first. When I called she said

This place is absolutely horrible. They do not pay attention at all. When I scheduled my aeration and weed control, I told them to only do my front and not my backyard because I have dog that plays in my backyard and I have several gardens where I grow food. Twice (once to aerate and once to fertilize) they came and did my back even after I told them after the first time not too. They said they would make a note. I used Natural Way many years ago and stopped after they killed my lawn with a poor fertilizer application. Now they call me all the time to use them again. Today they called me 3 times back to back while i was in a meeting. I thought maybe it was an emergancy call from my childrens school or wife. No, it was a sales call to get me to use thier service again. So glad I had to excuse myself from a very important meeting to take that call.
