My lawn has seriously declined ever I started using this company. My grass now has large brown spots ever since I started using them. Big mistake! Whatever products they are using for the grass is no good!

I strongly do not recommend NexGreen for lawn care. After signing up, my lawn not only failed to improve but actually got worse. The grass became dry, weak, and even developed fungus despite their treatments. Their service was disappointing and did not deliver on the promises they make. Save your money and look elsewhere for professional, reliable lawn care. Even after they know this situation they are calling and asking for additional charges to fix that .

Nexgreen has taken care of my lawn fertilizer needs for several years. I love not having to remove weeds and dandelions in my lawn since using them. If I have any questions about specific lawn issues, they are quick to reply and resolve the issue. Chris G. Serviced my lawn this week and did a great job!

I was very pleased with Nex Green as a Lawn Weed Control Company. They push Organic/Pro-Environmental Ideas which is a plus. The Crab Grass/Dandelions were removed from the lawn in less than a month. Nex Green was the best bang for the buck for this industry in my area based on my research. Lastly, they give you good summaries re to your lawn.

I was having issues with weeds and was upset with NexGreen. Mariah had completed the first application and other workers were at my house after. Today Mariah came back and took special care to examine the lawn and treat it appropriately. She then took the time to call me personally to let me know what she did. She was great

I called them for an estimate for my lawn. He gave me an estimate. I told him I will call other places to compare. I called true green. They gave me a better deal and I signed up. This guy called me and ask why. I didn't give him a chance since he is a local guy. He said he will match the deal and he will give me a free liquid aeration( not sure what that is). I called True green to cancel. Trugreen Gave me a good deal And decided to stay with them. This guy called me again. And I told him I will stay with true green because of the good deal. He said why am I not signing up with them? And he's not gonna play this game. I did not call him he called. For him to accuse me of playing the game is rude.

I have used them for at least 3 years and I love when they fertilized in spring 2 times and fall 2 times. I have never had to call for maintenance calls. Unlike other companies they get it first time. I have been fertilized for grubs never other year and they araeated it every other year and my grass is gorgeous. Also I have small children and pets on my lawn and Nexgreen is great for safety environment, kids and pets. Thank you Sandy Ford Very pleased and super satisfied customer. Stop calling me Nex Green. Your service is great but your marketing is obnoxious. Enough

This company is awful to deal with they will invoice you for services they do not do literally the day the invoice shows up in the mail they will call looking for payment. I deal with lots of vendors in my company and this company is by far the worst to deal with. No communication between billing and people calling on the phone looking for payment. They were great for the first year after that has gone down hill for the past 2 years.

After using multiple companies and some big name company, I finally found nexgreen and my grass has never looked better. This company is amazing, I fell on hard times and had an issue paying for a service and they let me make payments and still serviced my lawn and didn't close my account with them. This is the only company I will ever use. Tom and the team are great!

Unprofessional rude and shoddy service.

Over a 20 year period I have contracted with 1/2 dozen or so lawn care companies. Probably 5 were large recognizable National Chain Companies . None have have done as well as NexGreen caring for my lawn. NexGreen staff are very knowledgeable and are willing to adjust fertilizer formulation to maximize the potential of your yard. Joe and James are highly regarded having worked for prestigious companies bringing great experience to my yard. I give the company, Joe and James 10/10!

I have used them for years and always recommend them whenever I can. They are a great company, always responsive and friendly and most importantly they keep these spiders away!!

We were pleased with the initial service, and found the spray effective at minimizing the presence of spiders. However, we didn't realize, when we signed our bill after the first visit, that we were committing to auto-renewal, which was certainly never verbally communicated to us during that visit. I thought I was simply signing to process my credit card. I was surprised last year to receive a bill for a service we didn't even know had been completed because they never set up a time or communicated with us when it would be done or that it was being done at all. Luckily, we could afford it at the time. I just received an email last night that their "technicians will be in your neighborhood next week" and we should call if we would like a 5% pre-pay discount, but the email does not specifically or explicitly state they will be completing a service at that time. I replied to the email that I would like to cancel all future services, which are no longer in our budget, and will save this as proof that I requested cancelation prior to any further services. I tried to call several times today, to verbally request cancelation as well, and an automated message said they were assisting other customers and to leave a message, but the inbox was full, apparently, and the call was simply disconnected each time. The service IS more effective than purchasing commercial spider spray and spraying ourselves, but the auto-renew "agreement" could really put some folks in a bad financial spot. This renewal agreement should absolutely be VERBALLY communicated, prior to signing the first bill. Effective service, absolutely, just be aware your are committing to a yearly service.

Eco Friendly Pest Control Rochester Hills LLC has been our pest service for 3 years. They have done an tremendous job to save our home from pest. They detect things that I did not see and just take care of it. They are very knowledgeable , skillful and always on time. I would like to recommend this company to all of you.

First of all 2 times they missed weed control on my lawn. Both the times they sent an email that they did service and on top of it email says the rep talked to me. First time I told them about the incident and they did after a week performed service. But second time I did not bother to call them. Pretty unprofessional Regarding quality of work: my lawn with weeds same as before I started using them. Paid for no reason. No improvement. The guy I talked to is Brar but he seems does not care for customer satisfaction

I live on a canal and have problems with spiders in the summer. My property is treated once a season by Nexgreen Spider Control and is supposed to last 3 months. When I started seeing spiders after a month, I called Nexgreen and they promptly came back out to respray the areas I noted of concern. They did this at no cost to me. Very professional and polite. I will continue to use this company every year.
