Came out for a big nest of yellow jackets in our shed. But something tore it apart before Nation arrived. However, he located other nests and took care of those as well as other sprays to deter and "take care" of those who may return later! We thought the price was reasonable for all that he did!

Ian was extremely helpful identifying the location of a yellowjacket nest under our front door and taking care of it within 10 minutes of finding it. Scheduling was quick. Very professional and kind. I'll absolutely use pest pros again in the future.

I would look elsewhere if you are looking for pest solutions. Our rental we moved into has a severe mice problem, and our landlord hired pest pros to handle the situation. They have been out to our house on three different occasions now. The first time, they just set out traps. The second time, they supposedly found where the mice were coming in and sealed the spot. After the second time, we thought that would have solved the problem. However, our cats continued to find mice and they even discovered where they were coming in at in the basement. We had to then call them out a third time, and the third guy that came acknowledged whoever “sealed” it before did a terrible job and could clearly see where the hole was that the mice were coming in at. However, he couldn’t fix it because he didn’t have the proper equipment. So now, we have to have them come out yet again to hopefully properly seal it. Mind you, each time they have come out, I have to adjust my work schedule so I can be here for them when they come. It has overall just been a complete nightmare with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

[UPDATE 7/16/2026]: While our initial experience was extremely difficult and disruptive, we want to acknowledge that the company has since worked with us to address the situation. After we posted this review, their communication and follow-through improved significantly. They took the time to assess the odor issue, answer our questions, and reimburse us for the expenses we incurred as a result. Our experience with the company since posting the original review has been very positive. We appreciate the time, attention, and effort they put into resolving the smell issue and making the situation right. Based on how they ultimately handled our concerns, we plan to continue using their services and are grateful for the steps they took to rebuild our trust. --- Original Review: We hired this company for pest control services to address a mouse issue, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing and disruptive. After the company applied product/exclusion materials around our home, a strong gasoline/chemical-like odor entered the inside of our house. The smell was intense enough to cause headaches, sore throat, and dizziness, making it unsafe and unrealistic for us to continue living and working from our home. We also had serious concerns about our dog being exposed to the fumes. At no point before the service were we warned that this type of odor could occur or that it could potentially last for an extended period of time. Had we been properly informed, we would have made a different decision or at least prepared accordingly. Because of the severity of the odor, we had to leave our home and spend over $500 on lodging, food, and gas in order to be safely away from the house. This created a significant financial and emotional burden on our family. We were also told that someone would contact us to discuss the situation, but no one ever followed up. That lack of communication and accountability made an already stressful situation even worse. We understand that pest control work can involve strong products, but customers deserve clear warnings, honest communication, and follow-through when a service impacts their ability to safely remain in their home. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Not pleased. Was told the inspection would include wood faring pests and rodents, but the inspectors only checked for termites and left. Report they provided hardly provided any detail. When we followed up, they said it would be extra for rodents.

We had such a great experience with Tyler from Pest Pros! He took the time to carefully evaluate our carpenter bee, ant, and wasp situation. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in answering all of our questions. He even reviewed the chemicals and products we had already tried so he could give us thoughtful, informed guidance rather than starting from scratch. He treated our home with genuine care and respect, and he was just as kind to our dog, who happily received a friendly pet (and clearly approved of the service). Tyler made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and we really appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and warm personality. We would absolutely recommend Tyler and Pest Pros, and while we have every confidence that the treatments will work: we are still in the early phases and I will report back if the treatment doesn't work!

Zero stars. Terrible, aggressive customer service. I requested the technician call me for payment instead of coming to the door. He ignored this, came to the door anyway, and was extremely rude when I asked not to keep my card on file. When I called the office to report his behavior, the manager completely ignored my complaint about the technician and tone-policed me instead. Absolute clown show of a business. I canceled my service immediately. Do not use Pest Pros!!!!

We called PestPros mid-afternoon with a concern, and even though they were already on a job in Allendale, they offered to stop by around 6:00 PM when they finished. Jason and Keegan were both fantastic. They took the time to answer all of our questions and reassured us that we didn't have a problem to worry about. We were extremely impressed that they fit us into their schedule the very same day, and even more impressed that they didn't charge us for the visit. Excellent customer service, honest advice, and a company that truly puts customers first. Highly recommend PestPros!
