Honest. We called RJ due to wasps bothering us when we tried to eat outside. After discussing the situation with him, he was upfront with us that it sounded like the nest was probably not on our property so there wasn't much he could do. Another company tried to sell us an expensive subscription plan so I really appreciate his honesty. Will consider him again for any pest control needs in the future.

Rick arrived right when he said he would and was very friendly. He looked at the yellow jacket issue I had and then explained what he was going to do and what I should expect to see over the next few days. He did not try to upsell me anything and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use him again.
