Act Live Trapping came out right away, they were very kind, did thorough work and communicated what they saw and explained why we have a mouse problem not a bat problem. They educated us and gave us tools to fix the problem. They did great work! We will be recommending them to friends and family, and definitely call for any future critter problems we have. Thank you

I had a great experience with ACT Live Trapping. They were professional from start to finish and handled everything with care. They came out quickly, explained the process clearly, and made sure the squirrels were trapped humanely and safely. Their work was efficient and thorough, and I appreciated how respectful they were of my home and property. I would highly recommend ACT Live Trapping to anyone dealing with wildlife issues. I hope I don’t have to worry about anymore squirrels; but if I did I will definitely call Act Live Trapping!

Very reliable and very efficient\nAn excellent work

I called ACT and was given an appointment the next day. However, the technician called and diagnosed the problem as chimney swallows which they cannot remove. He assured me they would leave in October and they would come out and put a cap on the chimney to prevent their return. These guys are impressive and have a customer for life.

They answered when I called. They came when they said they would. The removed the problem (squirrels in the attic) quickly, and put up screening. When the critters defeated the screening a couple of months later they were out at once and evicted them, putting in reinforced screening, with no additional charge. I think these people are great!

This place is horrible. We called them to our home to remove a family of raccoons. Their communication was almost non existent. They came multiple times without announcing themselves or discussing what type of work they did. Bill refused to go into our attic to remove the raccoons after he CHARGED us to get them out, he said $80 per animal but never even went in to ensure the babies were gone. Be careful using this place.

I paid $200 for him to put a little amount of some kind of steel wool or something. Where the squirrels were getting in. And chewing the siding. I told him about the clunk I heard in the furnace duct. And I could smell it burning. When the furnace goes on.He didn't even look at it. It cannot crawl up the tube, so now I guess it's dead. So I still have the problem.

They were fast to return our call, and sent out a tech on a holiday weekend. They were also very accommodating and helped us find a method to deter our pest friends, going out of their way to procure a treatment that isn’t part of their usual regimen.

I have used them twice now and everyone I’ve talked to has been helpful and kind. I really appreciate them helping me get rid of the squirrels that have wanted to live with me. lol No thank you only two legged folks are allowed in my house.🤣

Bill came out to the house not only on time but early..He's very knowledgeable and professional found the issue quickly and resolved it then went around the outside of the house and sealed the problem areas to prevent future problems..Great service would definitely recommend

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable!

Knowledgable about the habits of bats, gave good explanation for any of my questions, professional. Came to our home when scheduled, completed the work quickly, careful to make sure the job was clean as possible. I was somewhat unclear on how they came up with the cost of the job but accepted the estimate as presented. I would recommend ACT for eliminating bats from your home.

Tony came out to my house, went in the attic and found some mice activity. He spread poison around the attic for $280 and said we’d hear some action over the next day or two from the mice trying to get out. We didn’t hear anything. 6 weeks later I still have the same problem, a lot of mice scratching and squeaking. I was told I had a 6 month guarantee. I called to let them know and was told it would cost $80 to come back out. So much for the guarantee. I’m out $280. 👎🏻

I can’t say enough about how reliable and efficient these guys are. Tony, the technician who came out -set a trap to remove a Fox squirrel from my attic- was on the phone with me every two days to make sure that we didn’t hear any other noises in the attic. Then he came out today Saturday, March 2nd,2024. Sealed the hole. Very nice and knowledgeable person, I 100% recommend this company for a friend and friends. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍 Sam,

Absolutely amazing and professional company couldn’t be more happy with them, had an issue with Raccoon enter my new car Engine Bay and chewing the Insulation Pad. Gave a call in morning and they came out quick - Cliff was Smiley, fun and very informative. Called at night 10:30pm and he was swift in reaching and taking care of one of the two Raccoon. A+ Guy hopefully my problem is resolved. With my experience with them thanks again!!
