They were very thorough with scheduling and arrived soon after DTE's contractor finished cutting branches away from the power lines. Big Twigs did an amazing job. They rolled up 1 minute after the quoted time of 8am and got to work very quickly. The whole job took about 3 hours for a very tall tree in Royal Oak that is close to a house. The guys took a lot of care to make sure nothing fell on the structure and did a very thorough clean up.
